“The buffet was closed for renovations, and we had to go to the b. Lux restaurant. They were understaffed, and it took quite a while to get our food, but Annmarie our server was wonderful and a total pro in an impossible situation. We’re waiters so we knew what she was going through! But, once the food came, it was delicious. well, worth the weight and at a great price as well

“Delicious! Kalahari is definitely making great improvements. The resort has great restaurants and entertainment besides the water park. I tried Cinco Nino and everything was great. I ordered the chips and guacamole and also queso and wow it was so good. The quesadillas also didn't disappoint. Service was great and the atmosphere was great also.”

“Whether you are heading to the Crossings in Scotrun, PA, the Mt Airy Casino, Great Wolf Lodge, working near or traveling through, Nick’s is a must stop! A great business model with a true sense of running a successful business while serving awesome sandwiches, soups, breakfast 8 am, using fresh ingredients and a kitchen staff eager to prepare great food. One cheesesteak, sauce on side, on a fresh semolina roll, substantial meat, cheesy with nice flavors. The Italian sub, piled high with select Boars Head meats on same seeded roll was so big, it satisfied my hearty appetite. The chili and crab soup were totally delicious, well seasoned and hearty. At $6.99 for 12 ounces (bowl), they both satisfied us as an appetizer or lunch. The soups change daily! It was a delight talking to the owner who takes much pride in the 7 month old deli. I’m happy they landed in this part of the Poconos for residents and travelers to enjoy! We’ll definitely return to try the pizza and a pork Etta sandwich. Open every day but Sunday.”

The food was delicious, the owner spoke with us and we asked for any recommendations of food choice and she advised us well. From our main course to dessert the food was delicious, all homemade. “This is for the Stroudsburg location! I was looking for a new wing spot and was NOT disappointed. When we were perusing the menu, we expressed interest in the Alabama White flavor, a horseradish-based sauce, and the cook/owner comped my wife and I one each to try. Delicious! We tried three flavors tonight: General Tsao, Nashville Hot, and the traditional Buffalo that the chef kicked up a notch for me. Each one was better than the last. Very crispy, meaty, and tasty. The chef also had us sample a cucumber wasabi sauce with our fries—it’s good enough to bottle up and sell. The cornbread was also excellent. The waitress was so kind and accommodating, and we had the chance to chat up the owner for a long stretch before we left. What a kind soul! I cannot wait to go back to sample the grilled wings and have my brother try the vegetarian wings. This place is a MUST try if you love wings. It was very much worth the 40-minute drive from Dingmans Ferry.”

“W had dinner here for the first time Saturday evening, (we had there food at an awsom event once and loved it, just never went) it's sort of hidden on back roads, which makes it that much better!!! Every staff member was friendly, attentive, they worked as a team to make sure everybody had great food, in a clean environment while doing it in a timely manner. the food was great!!! Seafood Haven went above and beyond to help me out with a catering order. The food was excellent and my guests couldn’t stop raving about how flavorful and tasty the food was. “Had a large pho dac biet, hot tea, and lemon soda during lunch hours.
Pho hit the spot. Being part vietnamese and having my mother's home-made pho, my wife's, and various locations throughout the country, I'd say I have a pretty good palate for how pho should taste. if my mom's was a 10. This is probably like a solid 7.5.
The lemon soda drink is meh, I've had better. Would come back 100%”
