“Today between 4pm and 5pm, this was the first time that my friend and I ever ate there and I had broiled haddock fish and broccoli, and she had pasta with marinara, melted mozzarella cheese, sausage, and chicken. Everything was delicious, and the staff was so attentive and kind to us.“

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless — the staff was incredibly welcoming, organized, and attentive, making setup and logistics a breeze. The space itself is stunning! The barn has such a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both the ceremony and the reception. Not to mention, the absolute stunning view!!! The acoustics were great for music, and the lighting options made it easy to create an unforgettable ambiance on the dance floor. Guests were raving about how beautiful everything looked, and as a DJ, it made our job even more fun seeing everyone dance and celebrate in such a gorgeous setting. We can’t recommend Glen Eden Barn enough for couples looking for a venue that combines charm, professionalism, and a magical vibe. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the owner. David went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care for both the couple and the vendors stood out right away. Had dinner with the family. Food was good. I didn’t knock service for our server but mainly for management. Ordered Salmon which says it comes with any 2 sides. $26 on the menu, charged $32. My kid got the fish sandwich which was $22(already too much) was charged $26. He substituted fries for a single potato pancake. No mention of up charge for this and my meal comes with 2 sides. Was not subbing anything out and nothing says premium sides on the menu. Called out the price difference to the waiter who was very nice but you can tell on his face that he didn’t want to ask the manager tonight because the manager won’t do anything. That is exactly what the manager did. He sent the poor server up by himself to make up a reason for the extra charge. Poor management for not training the servers on the up charge. Poor management for not addressing the customer face to face for an issue. An easy explanation or apologies for the was confusion and making the price right would have had me coming back. I will spend my $140 for 3 meals, 1 beer, and a kids meal somewhere else. Too many choices to deal with a bad manager that doesn’t respect his staff or paying customers.“

“Recommend it but expect $$. Always ate here when we traveled to the area. Has been a few years. Service is good and place is clean. Was shocked at prices though. My husband loves spaghetti but would never pay $20. Sandwiches pricey. Much more than on website menu. Would probably get pizza somewhere if we go again. We were so looking forward to eating here again, and were starving.“

They were nothing short of amazing.

“Pretty cool place to spend a Friday or Saturday night. One of the bands I'm in played in the bar area, and from a musicians standpoint the crowd was good and engaging and the establishment payed decent. The food looked great, I tried the pepperoni balls and they were pretty amazing.“

“I have been there a number of times with family and friends: everyone is always happy with the food they order. And everyone has gone back with their own family and friends.
I like that in addition to bar seating and high top tables in the bar area, they have a large regular dining room with glass doors separating it from the pool table and bar area: less noise and kids have a place to be seated.“

“The Crossbow is a great atmosphere to have some food, some drinks, and relax. The bartenders are all very friendly and prompt. The owners put their money into the business to better accommodate the customers. Brand new bathrooms in the bar side, and new renovations were done to the bowling side as well. Prices for food and drink are great! It’s a drama free establishment, and I highly recommend it to anyone!“

“After a disappointing experience elsewhere that left me feeling insulted and ruined the start of my 32nd birthday celebration, Eat’n Park completely turned the day around.

My mother is a regular here, but it had been nearly ten years since my last visit. I was immediately struck by how welcoming the restaurant felt and how well our server treated us. From the moment we walked in, there was no awkwardness or misjudgment, simply courteous, professional service that made us feel respected and valued as adult guests.

I ordered the Whale of a Cod Dinner and was pleased when the server confirmed they had vinegar available. The red wine vinegar paired surprisingly well with the cod and rice. The meal was comforting, and the entire restaurant carried a strong sense of nostalgia compared to my memories from a decade ago. Our server was genuinely one of the nicest I’ve encountered in a long time, attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout. Even my mother pointed out to me how the server never filled her coffee cup the whole way up after the first cup, which is perfect. Filling it to the brim each time keeps customers staying and you don't turn tables as quickly as you'd hope. It also gives space to add half and half and such to it, which is what my mother does.

Eat’n Park took what had started as a disheartening day and restored the joy to my birthday celebration. Thank you for the excellent food, warm service, and for saving the evening. I will definitely be returning much sooner than another ten years.“
