And the service was terrible! After we waited for 10 minutes for a table to be wiped down..Our waitress stood in the corner sharing stuff off her phone with the other waitress almost the entire time we dined!“

“Both the bakery and the restaurant consistently provide a high quality and correct product and experience. We started with bakery take out. Fresh, flavorful, and delicious quiche, bread, and pastries. Hard to eat such pretty confections! Restaurant offers choices they can do well. Even common looking menu offerings are done in unique and special ways. You want to order French onion soup at a real French restaurant. On one visit, the music was a bit loud for conversation. Within seconds it was lowered. I am now charged with bringing home a chocolate croissant weekly after my morning prayer meeting (Of course, I need a French breakfast sandwich to fortify my journey home.) “Any time I am within an hour of this place, I make the drive to get a cup of root beer and a shoo fly pie! I grew up experiencing the magic of this area of PA and now I get to pass that on to my kiddo. There is something so comforting about that darn pie! This time I also grabbed some delicious jams and apple butter and my son got a pencil sharpener that has a globe that spins on it he really likes. I love looking at all the unique wares and wood furniture here.“

The place is quaint and very friendly. The food food, especially the pretzels, are amazing, soft and fresh.

They are also responsible for the goats that you can feed just down their parking lot behind the building.

Parking: You can easily park at the Kitchen Kettle Village parking lot next door.“

“I spent 3 days in Lancaster n I went on one bite pizza appt for best pizza in lancaster n out of the top 100 places only 4 places impressed me n Pizza City was one of them n not far from the motel where I was staying at so, it was a no Brainer. I have tried ALOT of pizza in my life n I do reviews. I was really impressed on how good this was a true NY style pizza. Thin crust, well cooked undercarriage, good amount of tasty sauce with just enough cheese with zero grease. Highly recommend it here n just wished it was closer. Also, prices extremely reasonable to where I live.“

We waited over a half an hour for our food to find after I ask for them to check on our food that they burnt my wife’s steak and made her another one my meal when brought out must of been reheated twice and burnt!!!! My alcohol distributor canceled on me and he went out of his way to not only provide me beer but picked up wine and liquor for me and delivered it to my wedding at the time needed. “I lived in lancaster for 2 years and decided to the chinese food I live right down the street from the restaurant I ordered a large sweet and sour chicken and a large beef lomein the food was hot a fresh when picked it up I waited 10 or 15 minutes the staff was really nice and friendly the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. The food was fresh and hot ill definitely be back.“

I would call ahead to confirm hours, but it's worth noting that they used plastic plates and utensils, and the sushi was still delicious. It was nice getting back here after several years.“

“This is our very favorite restaurant, however due to a very large crowd this evening, we had to sit at the bar. It was nice at first. But our waitress/bartender was a bit rude to us and didn't even check on how our meals came out, offer more beverages, refills and did not offer dessert. We usually tip very well but didn't this time. The crowd had really dispersed by the time we had our meals so there was really no excuse for the bad service. We will continue to go back of course becasue we love it there but hoping for a better experience.“

“What a great place. I had some of their strawberry beer at Miller's smorgasbord our waitress told me where to find it. When I walked in I was greeted by the manager I wish I could remember his name sorry for that I asked him about the beer he showed me what he had I bought what I wanted . Before I left. I asked the hostess about the whiskey I saw. Bottom line if your looking for a great place for beer and whiskey and other spirits you will be hard pressed to find one better.“

“This was our first visit to the Fulton Steamboat Inn after a family recommended it—and it was such a fun experience! I mean, who wouldn’t want to sleep on a steamboat? The rooms have so much charm and felt slightly updated while still keeping that cozy, themed feel. Everything was super clean, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The kids loved the playground and pool, and we all enjoyed strolling around the little lake—especially spotting all the baby ducks! The only downside was that breakfast isn’t included. We didn’t try the on-site restaurant, but there are plenty of great local spots nearby. Overall, a fun and memorable stay—highly recommend!“

“I wish I could eat here everyday it’s that good. The burgers and grilled cheese r to die for. I love me a good old diner and this and wimpy and dees r the PERFECT diners for me. This one don’t have booths and usually I would be disappointed by that but this restaurant is so retro and classic I don’t mind sitting at a table here. Burgers r out of this world juicy and tender as well. Definitely got a really fun feel to this place. Kids meals r served In a car which is neat“

“Called and ordered 2 well done pizzas. Said about 22 minutes. 1 of the pizzas was perfect the other could’ve been done a little longer but nothing to complain about. I did show up a couple minutes early so maybe they wanted to get me served. Regardless the staff was friendly and the food was tasty. I can’t really say much about the interior but it looked nice.“
