“10/10 experience!! The biscotti is the perfect texture with many flavors to choose from! The latte was delicious and the service was friendly and welcoming. We chose to hangout in one of the little igloos they have on the back patio. The igloo was warm and the fuzzy blankets were a cozy touch. Definitely will be back again. Thank you for the family friendly experience.“

“They made a beautiful and delicious carrot cake and delivered it to my daughter at her workplace for her birthday today. They were easy to work with and it turned out exactly the way I wanted. Thank you for making my daughter her favorite cake now that she lives too far away for me to bake it myself!“

“As always amazing the woopie pies where a hit at our friends party .. Thank you again“

“Beautiful White Rhapsody Birthday cake! The colors and the glitter were so pretty! The raspberry mousse and raspberry marmalade are like clouds of heaven. First cake from here and would definitely order from them again. Prices are reasonable as well. Thank you!“

“Great people, found them while delivering over the years as a truck driver. If you have a farmers market in your area with Amish selling cheesecake, cakes, and torts most of it is Pellmans, if you can't make it out to the New Holland area“

“best cheese Danish ever !!.“

“Always my favorite donuts, by far! 🍩❤
I ordered online for delivery for the first time today and included a special request to write a “Happy Birthday” message since they were being sent to a family member. They absolutely went above and beyond - not only did they include the message, but they made it look so adorable! It’s little touches like this that make such a difference.“

“Staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions. I personally am not a cupcake lover however I always use them for parties or gifting to friends...always a hit. Everyone loves sublime. They package everything up so nice too. The establishment is very clean as well.“

“Alway a good place for a quick lunch, often there are samples for you to try.“

“I had TNT Carter and do a cake and cupcakes and little treats for my baby shower. they did chocolate cupcakes and a custom blueberry cake. I enjoyed both very much. the cupcakes were moist and flavorful. For the catering we had sandwiches and pasta.“

“The best pickles ever!!! The Habanera Dill Blast are so good that even despite the heat, I could finish a whole jar in one sitting! And the sweetest vendor ever! Pre-pandemic I was shopping for my usual pickles and jerky and was short $5 cash. The man trusted I’d be back cause I was a regular, and spotted the rest of the cash. Just a few weeks later the city went into lock down. When the market reopened post-pandemic I would always check to see if he was back and was concerned he wouldn’t return, since it had been several months since the reopening. Even though it was almost 2 years later, the stand was back at the union square market and I got to repay my loan. #1 fan here!“

“Love! Our local store delivered pretzels for all staff! Thanks, Tanya (Ephrata store)“

“I have ordered the pumpkin rolls for 3 yrs now from Amazon and they are so delicious,l will continue to order them for the holidays“

“I had heard good things about Scratch Bakes. I just got a cupcake and peach tea. I also saw a meal someone else ordered. The cupcake was very tasty and the tea refreshing. The indoor seating is very pleasant, quiet, and layed back. There is also outdoor seating. The service was friendly and helpful!“

“always consistent never disapointed“
