“It's like Subway, but more expensive and you don't have the option to have your sub toasted. I wish I had known that, because I'm pregnant and not supposed to eat cold cuts unless they're heated to 165°. The workers were friendly, but my roast beef sandwich was almost too dry to eat until I went up and asked for some extra mayo packets.One awesome perk though: they have CREAM SODA on tap! As someone who is not a fan of sandwiches in general, there is no denying my skepticism of this place but after a recommendation on the Angus Steak and Cheese sandwich with fries, I was blown away! “My husband and I ate here during our lunch break today and had a great experience! The gentleman who took our order was very nice and went out of his way to split our sandwich we shared, plus he brought it right to our table. We also ordered a sandwich to go for my father in law and he waited until we were done eating so it would still be hot. He was so thoughtful and outgoing! One of our best dining-in experiences. We wish we caught his name so we could give him a shout out! Also the food was delicious!!!“
“The building is old, both interior and exterior, but this isn't Subway's fault. They could renovate the inside, or at least update it, but the landlord may not permit it. Who knows. The staff has always been good, and the food is handled properly according to food industry standards. Despite the age appearance, the restaurant is not dirty. I've been a patron since I was 16.“
“The drive thru speaker was down. So we had to drive up to the window and order. Then we waited 20 minutes for our order. Everyone in line was getting upset. It would have been faster if we had gone inside. Live and learn. On the plus side the order was correct and tasted as good as subway gets.“

“I have found my local sandwich spot... I am lucky to have my Hero Sub shop where I live. This is a no frills simple sandwich place, that is perfect for this guy. I absolutely love this kind of business, a place that only does a few things but does those things very well. no matter what sandwich you choose it will always be on that beautiful soft fresh bread. My go to is either the Italian cold cut or the cheesesteak, both are winners in my opinion. Service is always quick and friendly and served in a nice clean dining room.
