I watched them train a new employee to do the same! Pinch and pull the dough- enough sauce, but not too much. Carefully and skillfully place all ingredients! final inspection before the fire and then another after. Watch for this and that before you serve. Pizza will. ever to the same for me.”

“This coffee shop is absolutely fantastic!!! I ordered a cappuccino - the espresso was delicious and the milk was frothed perfectly. My friend got a cold brew. “This is one of the finest restaurants in Lancaster County and is always a great dining experience! They have an incredible beverage selection of specialty cocktails - absolutely try the Paper Plane if you are a bourbon fan. The appetizers are fantastic - my wife enjoyed the Gem Salad, and our friends raved about the shrimp special offered last evening. For the main course - two of our party had the Bronzino and expressed that it was prepared perfectly with the Maitre'd removing the bones table side - a very nice touch! i had the Shrimp Spaghettini - fresh shrimp in a savory pomodoro sauce. We highly recommend dining here - the staff is very professional, yet friendly and thorough. You are greeted warmly upon arrival and made to feel that they truly appreciate your dining with them. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for conversation.”

“Thank you so much for offering vegan cupcakes! Due to this, my first grade daughter was able to take in a treat to celebrate her birthday! The birthday treats need to be store bought, and it is so hard to find something fun and vegan. The entire class loved the cupcakes! My daughter said "this was the best school birthday yet!"”

“The sesame chicken 🐔 bowl was really delicious with accompaniments of several peppers, pineapple, snap peas, grains, spinach and sesame sauce. In fact it was so good and hearty I could only eat 1/2 the bowl and shared it with my husband. He got Korean bbq beef and the beef some pieces were a little tougher than he wouldn’t like and he said it was a little more heat then he preferred but that’s just his opinion someone else might like the spice. Overall we would definitely come back as we enjoyed the fresh food, veggies and the better healthier choices as we are trying to adapt to a healthier lifestyle”

“My dinner tonight was incredible! This is our go to sushi place. I try sushi rolls that don’t even sound like I’d like them and they end up being incredible. Somehow they make every roll taste good. I love seeing what the special rolls are. Even the simple rolls are great! You can’t go wrong. Staff is very friendly! We love you so much. Your food makes me so happy!”
