“The poor lady behind the counter was working so hard to keep up, she was all by herself for some reason (corporate needs to fix that) but she made some of the best subs I've ever gotten from Subway and she was so friendly. The receipt only says 999997 if that's helps but she deserves a reliable coworker and a raise!“

“Always a pleasant experience at this subway. Being vegetarian it’s nice to see the employees care for that and change their gloves (they always should be most locations don’t!)

“This is one of the cleanest and friendliest subways in this area. The TEENAGERS who work here, are absolutely wonderful to the people who respect them. As it should be. If you want better service from them, be better customers! I can personally attest to the level of compassion to simply want to make sure you get what you ask for, comes from this establishment! WITHOUT attitude as some others have complained. Through covid, these girls have taken just about every initiative they can to assure healthy and safe service. This is their job. They are not required to respect you. You came there. You opened your rude mouth, and you didn't speak to the person who upset you, about upsetting you. When you review, insert the part where you do the douche bag thing and let us decide the value of service. No shirt. No shoes. No respect. No service. Have a great day! “One of the BEST Subway restaurants I’ve ever had food from. Ordered online, food was ready at the correct time and service was EXCELLENT! Store was pristine. The girl who gave me my order was very polite and professional about her job. The store was packed and the employee handled it very well, getting orders out quickly and properly.“

“I want to give shout-out to Brooke. I got a sandwich today and when I came in there were already two people ahead of me and at least two online orders she was juggling. By time the people in front of me were done, there were about four people in line behind me, line almost out the door, and at least three more online orders had come in. Brooke kept hustling and still got me in and out quickly, and didn't seem to be breaking a sweat in a situation where I personally would be very stressed out. She held her ground and just kept chugging through the line and balanced doing the online orders fairly with taking the people physically in the store. I wish she had someone there to help her but she can hold her own!
I also want to commend this store for its commitment to improving their craft. It's easy to look at it like it's just a sandwich but I've seen them revise their process in a way that makes me feel like they really care about what they're doing. They've started putting the cheese on before the meat, which toasts better, and putting the sauces on before the veggies so that it doesn't splat out everywhere when they close the bread. Simple changes, but ones they've committed to that make a difference. I don't know if that's a corporate move or a franchise one but either way, the folks that work here do seem to care about the quality of their work and to care about the people they serve.“
