“My husband & I went for an early dinner. The server was with us right away & was super cool. We ordered the shrimp lo mein, reuben, & Italian Stromboli. Everything was really good! My husband loved his Stromboli. I also ordered dessert to go. The banana cream with coconut pie. Omg! So good! Highly recommend checking them out!“

“We enjoyed diner out last night on the patio, lovely atmospere and the food was delicious, however, service was severely understaffed! Not sure if they were inside where there were only a few dining or what but we must commend our server, Stephani... she was fabulous and did everything she could to keep up with all her tables. She was attentive, apologetic for the wait and extremely courtious. She deserves recognition for her efforts! This is a we'll go again soon, for sure but, maybe not on a Friday night! “We went on Thursday night. Didn't realize it was trivia night. Place was packed but the three of us got a table immediately. Great atmosphere, loved the decor. Waitress was super busy but she was excellent! Wings and steak and cheese salad was awesome! Will definitely be going when I come back up to visit.“

“First impression parking lot was full, lunch room was almost full but not noisy, people at table looked happy. Waitress was as close to perfect aa could be and the sweet tea she recommended was perfect. I ordered an open faced roast beef sandwich which was probably the best i ever had. And they had apple pie. “I have been to Griggs many times. The food,staff and atmosphere is normally always good. We went there for dinner tonight and I decided to order breakfast. The eggs didn't come out the way I ordered them and the home fries were not fit to eat. The Waitress just said sorry it wasn't the way you liked it and the home fries weren't good and walked away. Offered no solutions I was very disappointed with my experience this evening. I really enjoy coming here to eat but tonight certainly was nothing like previous visits.“

My sister and her friend came from out of town and said the wings were among the best they’ve ever had. “This is the best money I have ever spent. We rented a small cabin next to the bathrooms. This campground is CLEAN. The bathrooms and showers are great. The restaurant/bar on site is perfect. No need to even bring food. The kids spent hours at the gem mine and pool.“
