“Good Evening Google Family. We visited after leaving Famous Footwear to purchase Mom some brand new black shoes. I was happy that she found something that she liked. We ordered coffee and hash browns. I have to say that the only reason we came here today was because we needed to use the bathroom and Famous Footwear does not have a public bathroom. Oh well, the employees were very nice to my mom in Dunkin Donuts. Have a nice night, Google Family and don't forget to work out.

Parking: Its a big parking lot with plenty of spaces to park.“

“I went to get a coffee after work and was greeted so nicely by Akeem. I feel like customer service sucks now a days but he made me smile at the end of my long work day. Have to give credit when credit is due! Will def be back to this Dunkin’ because of him! No matter how small people can make a difference in some ones day!“

“Love this place! I've never actually had the mochi donuts we go here for the Korean corn dogs and croffles. My favorite is the mozzarella dog with cinnamon sugar and the biscoff croffle! The potatoes dog is also a crowd pleaser! Staff is always friendly.“

“My sweetheart and I went here on our second date. The original plan was to meet at Dead King Bread in Manyunk, and then hike in the Wissahickon. Dead King was closed, however, and my sweetheart quickly suggested Roma Cafe as an alternative. I'm ashamed to say that I never knew about this bakery. When I think of Italian bakeries, I typically think of South Philly. This is the real deal. An interior that harkens back to earlier times, and probably owners that harken back to an earlier time!

It was here that I discovered that my sweetheart is extravagant with treats, especially sweets. As a bit of a minimalst, I chose a rather bland biscuit. He chose an array of half a dozen treats, including canolies.

When we eventually made our way to the Wissahickon, we discovered that we had each packed more treats for the hike - cheese, grapes. He brought the most wonderful brie from Trader Joes that was as soft and gooey as if you had baked it in the oven. I noted with approval that he was equipped with a good picnic bag, as was I.

As we walked through the Wissahickon, I was captivated by his friendliness to everyone we passed on the trails, including the dogs.

Everything was delicious, and I appreciated that the canolis were petite in size!“

“This Dunkin’ is hands down my favorite location—the best in the area by far! The food and drinks are always fresh, consistent, and made quickly, even when the line is long or it’s super busy. I never worry about the quality here, because the team keeps everything moving smoothly without cutting corners.

What really makes this Dunkin’ special is the people who work here. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They go out of their way to make sure every customer has a great experience, and that makes such a difference.

I especially want to recognize Bryn, who is absolutely incredible!!!! My son has a food allergy, and she always takes such great care to make sure his food is safe. As soon as I call after placing an order, she already knows to prepare his hashbrowns on fresh paper and package them separately. That level of thoughtfulness, consistency, and attention to detail means so much to me as a parent. It gives me peace of mind and makes me feel valued as a customer.

Because of Bryn and the rest of the amazing team here, I won’t go to another Dunkin’ in the area. They’ve created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and I truly appreciate how kind, attentive, and dedicated they are every single visit. This location deserves to be recognized for the outstanding service they provide—it’s the kind of experience that keeps people coming back again and again!“

“This spot was the light in the darkness. Late for your flight? Dunkin. Fast, good portions for prices, and nice folk running it. I had a grilled cheese pesto sandwich, 6 piece hash brown (which was wayyy tastier than I expected), and a chocolate Bavarian creme donut. 10 bucks, perfectly reasonable. “I like that the Edgmont Dunkin' Donuts has a drive-thru. My dog is with me all the time and I do not like to leave her in the car even for a quick coffee pick-up. The Wake-Up Wrap with sausage is delicious and of course Dunkin' Donuts coffee is consistently good.“

“I literally drive out of my way just to go to this location. The managers are very nice and understanding and are willing to make it right if you have an issue. My favorite barista is definitely sophie she really goes above and beyond for the customers and is always pleasant. “Dear Mr B. I thank God for you. All I can say is thank you. He was so gracious, and the managers looked out for me as I counted out change for gas. Mr B thank you for helping me get enough gas to get home. Plus they donated a cup of coffee and a donut while I was counting out my change. I kept apologizing because I was embarrassed after being let go from my job. The change was from my tips accumulated over the last few weeks. They were very patient as I counted it out, they even helped. Thank you all, you blessed my whole soul tonight. Thank you“

“When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I noticed the only employee there on the floor on a prayer mat. I gave him time to finish his prayer and he stood up and asked if I was waiting for an order. After he gave me my food and coffee, I walked out, but just as I left I noticed he had put his prayer mat on the shelves where the mobile orders go. The mat had just been on the floor, and now was on a shelf that holds people's food. I am all for religious freedom, but store employees can practice their religion and keep a sanitary environment, too. He should have placed the prayer mat in a discreet corner where customers won't see.“

“This Dunkin' location has very professional staff members that care and definitely have attention to detail with food orders. Multiple staff members check the food slips. I came to Dunkin at 5:55am and the doors were locked due to the lobby not being open until 6:00am. The staff member seen me walking away back to my car and the employee waved me in while walking towards the door to unlock the door. Very kind staff.“

“I just came here around 11:30 1/27 and this woman (I already forget her name, so stressed about flying, I think Melissa. I think a higher level employee) made me a traditional cappuccino or Macchiato or whatever. I asked for all foam no milk with my espresso and she made the most beautiful coffee. So professional. 10/5 stars. Great job 👏 great price, especially for airport. I paid $6 for my drink which also had an extra shot.

“It’s not a regular Dunkin’ locations, instead it’s located within a gas station store. Not much space for parking and crowded most of the time. Staff working here are usually good people. But whole arrangement is different than any other convenience store.“
