Formerly PJ Harrigans. New menu looks good however some favorites are missing from the old menu. Happy hours is from 4 PM to 7 PM on Tuesday through Friday and is one of the best in State Colege. This restaurant is far enough away from downtown State College so not as many Penn State students and more locals and hotel guests. Bar service is relatively fast and servers are attentive.
