“I’m giving Arby’s 5 stars because the employee that ran the window today was very professional and her customer service skills was on point. If anything, they should make her a manager because she knew how to run that window and the service was fast and excellent. “This wasn't for me but it worked out when in a time crunch while in the neighborhood. There aren't much choices. The people that ate the food enjoyed it. I believe they close at 11PM except on the weekend. So, I was glad it didn't close earlier. It would be nice if it was open a little later during the week.

I order my food on the mobile app. The drive thru was packed. I went inside & had to wait a little bit longer for my food. I might as well stayed in the long drive thru line. The young lady handling the food didn't have gloves on. I didnt like that.

“This was quite a surprise! A gem hidden on Brookline Street! The food was absolutely phenomenal, and don’t get me started on the service! The server, behind the counter, seemed as though he could predict our every need. I had the black and blue, my partner had the American. I want to go back and try everything else on that menu!

“The mac and cheese is delicious the wait time and service was great. The line may look long but its not it went really fast the wait time for my order was less than 6 minutes. It was my first time going through the drive thru and it was worth it.“

“I went to Chicken Fil A in Fox Chapel on Thursday and was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant, as well as the excellent service. The bathrooms are spotless, the dining room is spotless, and the food, as always, is delicious. By far the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to.“

“Chick-fil-A most famous menu is the fried chicken. The signature waffle fries are amazing. They sever them hot. The seating is very comfortable, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The drive thru services is also an option. It’s conveniently located next to Giant Eagle, Marshalls, and Target.

One thing I appreciate most is the women’s restroom. They clearly care about their customers, they even provide hand cream to use after washing your hands.“

“First time ever at a Raising Cane's. Great chicken tenders. They are beefy chicken breast tenders with a light, crunchy batter. It gives you the crunch and flavor of fried chicken without being oily or soggy, but not so much that it seems like you are eating fried batter with some chicken. Great fries and the sauce served with the tenders was great.

The restaurant was clean. The service was quick, polite and professional - which seems to be a rarity these days.

Vegetarian options: Only vegetables they have are sides, which are corn and green beans. Long John's is not for vegetarians.

“My daughter and I loved our lunch. We ordered a quesadilla and a rice bowl. It was a pleasant surprise for a food court restaurant. We will definitely eat here again. The food is made when you order it and it is worth waiting a bit for the taste of freshness.“

“Amazing staff! I brought my 1 year old here for lunch and it was packed! Seemed like a field trip got here right before us but wow did everyone move things along. Our food came out in about 5 minutes even with tons of orders!
They went to the back and got us a high chair as well as brought us our food. This was his first kids meal! Plenty of food for a kid plus awesome goodies in the bag even a little foam finger.

“We ordered their cheese fries with bacon, and it was really delicious. The fries were flavorful even though they were oily. The bacon bits were really good, and so was the amount of that melty cheese.

One order is good for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. I think it's worth the price.

However, we thought that some of the fries were pretty burnt in taste.“

“I order once or twice a week from this Taco bell. Always good service and the food is awesome! I always get the dorito taco and the grilled cheese burrito. This location used to get rough reviews years ago, but the manager is really trying to get it fixed. They leave notes in the orders to show that as well. Hopefully yall appreciate it as much as I do! “I arrived not long after they opened and I received the BEST meal I have ever had at a LJS. I've been a loyal customer for decades and since it is harder to find locations I go out of my way when I travel to get my fix.
The employee who packed my order was super kind and as I said the food was delicious.
My only issue is the condition of the store. And honestly this complaint goes for a number of locations left in the area. The store is in BAD shape. I've worked in food service for over 35 years and if the dining room that patrons see is in such a state of disarray then I can't even imagine what the kitchen and BOH areas look like. It would take a full day of deep cleaning, scrubbing and detailing to get the dining room to a somewhat acceptable level. The Butler location is bad too but not nearly as bad as this location but I will say the food at Butler left much to be desired the last time I was there.
I'm not in the Pittsburgh area much these days but if I do return I'll stick with the drive thru right at open in the hopes that I'm not reminded of the condition of the restaurant.“

“Went on a Saturday evening for dinner, and it was practically empty. I guess this is more of a takeaway place than a dine in place. You place your order at the cash register, and then when your food is ready, they bring it out to your table in a paper bag. You can choose to take it away or eat there. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich, which is sort of a breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg, and then a nice fried chicken patty. I also got the coleslaw on the side. The chicken was extremely tender, and the overall was very flavourful. It’s a good chicken sandwich, but it did not blow me away. The coleslaw had a little bit more mayonnaise than I like. Overall, a decent meal.“

“I stopped going here last year because you never knew when they were going to be open or closed. They never followed their store hours. But it's McRib time and they are the only McDs in Westmoreland that has it at this point. I really dreaded going to this location. But the employees and food was above expectations. Idk if they still close whenever they feel like it. But the McDs today acted professional and has some really excellent employees. Thank you for a delicious McRib and service. “We love Pirollo’s. The place is small but immaculate. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. The battleships are excellent with quality ingredients. Hours are limited but it’s definitely worth it to make the effort to stop in.“
