“My Wife and I have always wanted to try this place. Now....it's our favorite place. We just came from there for our Valentine's dinner and once again we was not disappointed. We are figuring when we can go again. Service. ...Food....and Atmosphere top notch. I saw a plate of Spaghetti and Meatballs brought out to a customer. I'm getting that next time. “My husband and I have been going to the Village Inn for many years now. Everything we have eaten there has been so delicious from sandwiches to great Italian Food . My favorite is the stuffed crabmeat mushroom appetizer, bruschetta and Chicken Romano. The meatballs and pasta are so good. My favorite dessert is the Tiramisu. I highly recommend the Verona Village Inn.“

“Our food was excellent. The three of us got the exact same thing. Prime Rib. The wedding soup was great, the prime rib was cooked perfectly, the service was very good, and the bread was so good. I have lived in the area my entire life and finally gave it a try. It exceeded my expectations by far. We will be back.“

“My son and I had dinner for Mother’s Day. Our first experience at this restaurant. Aside from a small miscommunication where the side dishes were delivered to the table alongside the apps, everything was very good. They corrected the sides and delivered fresh with the entrees, the sides were easily large enough to share amongst three or four people and the food was very good. The app, sides and entrees, as well as the gluten free chocolate cake were all delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return.“

“It's like being at your favorite dinner table with family and friends! With our beautiful Italian family gathering around the bar area in numbers of about 15 Friday night, we had a blast! Yes, Joe is our cousin and that is definitely warm and wonderful but Louise, Joe's matriarch, was there too which made it extra special. Lulu, chef, Delaney, "Ms. Brown", Linda and all staff were amazing and fun. So the food, sauteed arthichoke hearts, pasta fagioli, wedding soup, Chicken Romano, Veal Romano, beverage list unsurpassed and our usual standards and oh the red velvet cheesecake was picture and taste perfect. All food made to order fresh and it definitely shows the attention to every morsel we enjoyed. Oh, the bread is made locally and it's the best. We were almost the last to leave and we have all the photos to show our fun time. Can't wait to go back for their Sunday sauce. Salute and see you soon. “Took my 4 year old granddaughter there for her birthday because she wanted chicken noodle soup. Even though the soup was great, there weren't the typical big noodles that kids like. When the waitress came and I told her that, she brought a Togo container where she fished out all the big noodles. My granddaughter was so happy. Now that's what I call great service and a great waitress! My meal was fantastic as always!“

“Where do I start? Everything was amazing from beginning to end. I had reservations at Tambellini‘s in Highland Park. But the owner decided they weren’t busy enough that evening so they called me an hour before and canceled on me. I scrambled to find somewhere for my 10-year-old daughter and I to go After her school dance. I called this place and they said “don’t worry about anything, come on in and we’ll take care of you.” We ended up chatting with some other customers and the staff. It was great. My daughter was all smiles the whole time. The dining room is super small and very intimate. Everybody’s friendly, the owner was great, and the chef was awesome. definitely put this place on your list of places to try. Support local!“

“Excellent food prepared by the owners, a married couple, who live on the property and have many years experience making delicious food and it shows in the taste! There are also homemade baked goods and a few grocery items! No delivery closes daily at 6pm and closed Sunday so they can "enjoy their granddaughter"! Such great, down to Earth, hometown people making and serving great food!!!

“Tried Grandslam Pizza for the first time yesterday and it did not disappoint. The pizza has a lot of flavor and was delicious! The deep dish Chicago style is the best Chicago style pizza I have had for what you can get in Pennsylvania that is. Overall it was a great place to order from. The workers are very nice and the sit in area is very clean. The dining area is very open and a lot of room for multiple families to eat here. I highly recommend ordering here!“
