“Every visit has been amazing!After every visit, I've realized we were so excited when we got the sushi that I didn't take a single picture of it.This happened yet again tonight... so here is a picture of our receipt and our sushi loving adorable son!We'd get all these rolls again, the last few visits we've gotten the Amazing Tuna and the Geisha rolls while trying a rotation of their other specialty rolls.The Amazing Tuna~ has the BEST sauces 100%Geisha~ great texture, nice go to rollAsuka Bazooka~ we tend to like creative flavor melds but we never would have thought of adding bacon to sushi before and it really works. The jalapeños were a bit spicy, but it was well balanced.Three Musketeers~ visually it looks like too much to tobiko but when you eat a piece it melds perfectly with the quantity of fish in the roll.Tempura Lobster~ was good and exactly as described. We ordered the Hot and Sour Soup, Ban Ban Noodles, "Lamb" w/ Cumin Kabobs, and the Phoenix and Dragon Fly Together (Gen Taos' Chick'n + Shrimp). Everything was great! We were a little sad that they no longer offer a buffet, but it's okay - our server told us they only offer it on holidays.There is so much variety on the menu and if you are having trouble choosing, like we did, the servers are great at recommending items. “My daughter and I go to this restaurant every Saturdays after her tutoring at church. The food is always excellent. Food portions are always big and tasty. The owners are always so nice to us. We always get their orange chicken, shrimp with garlic sauce and shrimp fried rice. We highly recommend this place.“

“I highly recommend the all you can eat sushi. I have been coming here for over 10 years and it only gets better. They have a very creative menu, plus all the basics. The selection accommodates to many preferences (whether you like raw sushi, cooked sushi, vegetarian rolls, or just want to order lots of appetizers). “We came for lunch around 1-2PM for a party of 2. It wasn't very busy, maybe 1 or 2 tables were occupied. We were seated immediately and given a takeout menu to look at.We ordered the Dan Dan Noodles and Steamed Pork Dumplings for our appetizers. For my main dish, I ordered the Braised Brisket with Lightly Fried Tofu in Hot Pot.The Dan Dan Noodles came out first. It was quite a large serving and could probably pass as a entree dish. Even sharing between the two of us, we were almost nearly full by the time the entrees came out. The noodles were good, but a little spicy! It did taste like chili oil as well. If you're not a fan of spicy food, you may not enjoy this dish.The Steamed Pork Dumplings came out next. There were 6 pieces total. I honestly can't remember too much about the dumplings--not bad but not good.The Braised Brisket with Lightly Fried Tofu in Hot Pot was quite delicious. It is a soup-based dish and there's plenty of it to share. The broth was delicious, though a little on the saltier side. The brisket was a little tough but still good. It does have skin attached to some of the brisket pieces, which I didn't quite enjoy, but there were sufficient pieces without the skin also. The tofu is firm, and as the name of the dish suggests, lightly fried. It tasted good but I wonder if a softer tofu would complement the dish better.Overall, Cheng Du was a nice little spot to stop in for authentic Chinese dishes. The dishes have big serving sizes, so I would recommend ordering less than you would think. We ended up taking most, if not all, of our entrees home. The food was good and the staff were quick and friendly.“

(That's just my opinion because it's not that type of restaurant with the ambiance. The tables are there more for if you'd rather sit there to eat your food, IMO)... I really love their scallion pancakes as an appetizer as well as their General Tso's, Chicken in Garlic Sauce, and Mu Shu Pork! ? The beef and black bean sauce was not what hubby and I are used to when we go to Chinatown. Very few black beans, actually, mostly chopped veggies and some beef. The flavor was good, but they did not give us the white rice it was supposed to come with. The service was fast.“

The wonton soup is very flavorful as is the house made ginger dressing. My daughter loves their sushi which is also freshly prepared to order. There are tables to accommodate a wheelchair and a handicap bathroom stall in the women's room so I would assume so for the men's room as well.“

“Jin Ding is really good. The owner is now cooking here, and he’s atop Hong Kong chef. If you haven’t been here for a while, you should try their Christmas special. It’s really good and reasonably priced. But you better hurry because it ends by the end of the year. We had the Christmas special and we had stuff to take home. we came back again for an early dinner. Ming, the owner head chef out did himself we had roast duck, bean shoots with garlic, and a fish hot bowl. Super good stuff. Really Chinese tasting food. Felt I’m back in Hong Kong.“

“I’ve passed this place so many times and finally stopped and I’m glad we did. The food is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Everything on the menu looks good and Diana helped suggest what to order. All of the food is extremely flavorful and aromatic. The wood ear mushroom & pepper sauce is very refreshing and is a nice palette cleanser, had some spicy cucumber added to it and it was fantastic. We were also recommended the fried pork belly with leek which has a nice sweet and slightly peppery spice. Lastly the family stew is incredible. It has beef, shrimp, fish, leek, chili, pretty much ever flavor you can imagine with a nice spicy oily broth, one of the most flavorful Chinese dishes I’ve had. We will definitely be coming back, there was not a single thing I could complain about.“

I didn't realize that they were going to close this beautiful location, so it was very special that we went there for my son's birthday celebration!
