“Awesome little pizza place! Family owned and they are the nicest people too! Fantastic Sicilian pizza. Been there since 1959! Order by the cut or the whole 16 cut pizza. That's the only thing on the menu, but it's amazing. Try the hot sausage and sweet peppers. Take it home and bake it yourself or have them bake.. If you like Sicilian pizza, you have to try it! The hot sausage is HOT but homemade and SO good!”

Being on the river sets this place up for good things, and Acclimaton delivers. The outdoor spaces are fun and comfy.

“My husband and I have been going to the Village Inn for many years now. Everything we have eaten there has been so delicious from sandwiches to great Italian Food . My favorite is the stuffed crabmeat mushroom appetizer, bruschetta and Chicken Romano. The meatballs and pasta are so good. My favorite dessert is the Tiramisu. I highly recommend the Verona Village Inn.”

“We had Off The Rails cater our wedding last weekend and everything was perfect! All of our guests said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Their mac and cheese is out of this world and our guests were raving about the pulled chicken all night! I would absolutely recommend their catering services for any event. The staff at OTR were all so helpful and the catering team was great. I’m so glad we chose them for our wedding. Can’t wait to go back! 🥳”

“I enjoy their food. Shrimp egg foo young is one of my go tos and theirs comes with a gravy that's different than the one the average Chinese restaurant gives its so delicious. The egg rolls are good too and I'm super picky about egg rolls. All in all definitely recommend them”

“I eat here way to much since it's the only joint in verona and I can say 90 percent of the time food is hot and good. Compare this McDonald's to ones in penn hills or wilkensburg and verona one is 1 million times better”

“For six years I have been looking for a new favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh since my old favorite one closed. I have never found a place that had the perfect food and atmosphere I was looking for until I entered Lilith last night. Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. The service from being greeted to the absolutely awesome server we had was excellent! The food had a wow factor rarely found in Pittsburgh. I’m not usually a huge fan of how vegetables are cooked most places and the veggies in my dish just blew things out of the water. You could tell they were fresh and local too. The fish I had was just amazing. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Needless to say I will be back again and again now to experience more culinary delights!”

“Me and my girlfriend went to Baby Tacos today for the first time we got there a few minutes before they opened. Who I’m assuming the owner was very friendly and still waited on us. The food was done in minutes and when I went to check out he told me to put my money away the first one is on the house. There aren’t to many businesses like this one in this day and age. “A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. A must visit when you are lucky enough to get a reservation though other friends have happily sat at the bar for dinner just to be there!! Kudos to Dish!”

“we ordered the brisket and pulled pork for a birthday party on the 13th. I can't express how well it was received. People especially raved about the brisket and we bought a whole pan and had nothing left. the pulled pork was just as delicious. there BBQ sauces are also excellent. This is the second time we used their catering service and I'm sure we'll be doing it again.”

“This is a special place. Liege waffles are very different than anything I've ever had. They are made from a yeast dough, with caramelized brown sugar inside, smallish, and served warm in a napkin so that you can take it with you while window shopping. Please note: these are not meant to be served with ice cream on top. The ice cream and waffles are both very good by themselves. The owner only serves them together because people ask for that, but I think they ask for it because they think that's how it's meant to be served. (At least, that's what we thought!)”

“Stopped here after Steel City Con for lunch. I grew up on the VA/NC border, and I’m used to having good BBQ. No doubt, Big Rig might be the best barbecue I’ve ever had anywhere. I was in a group of four big dudes, and everyone loved their various dishes and the portions are huge. Great service, great food. 100% will be back again.”
