“It’s my first time here. The place is nice, with unique decorations unlike a typical bar. The beer menu is displayed on the wall, and the cocktail menu is on paper. It’s small but cool. You’ll need to find street parking nearby. A great spot to grab a beer and try different flavors!“

“I’m from Maryland and I visited JT for the first time this past weekend. I can’t express enough how wonderful the entire town is. But Wild Elder was the most welcoming and cozy establishment. I highly suggest the Elderflower Cider or mulled Elderberry wine. I had their BLT and broccoli slaw and it paired perfect! I can’t wait to come back again!“

“This place is amazing! Countless yummy bowl options with their topping bar. Select your starch (or none). Choose veggies and proteins. You control the sauces and seasonings. There are small bottles to taste the sauces. They also have a full menu of sushi and other Asian favorites although we've never ordered anything but the bowls since they're so darn good!! While the bowls are bottomless, the portion is so huge, I always have only one bowl. That option allows you to take the rest home and I have plenty for lunch the next day. Love this place!“

“Went on a thunderstorm afternoon, arrived right before the storm. Food truck and live music was cancelled due to the weather which is understandable. Very nice outdoor setting with the hill views and tasty wines. Enjoyed the quiet nature of the valley in this special non-crowded Sunday afternoon. Nice people, good vibes. Will definitely return soon. By the way, the cheese board selection was delicious.“

“Lovely shop, immaculate, cozy & great customer service! The donuts were absolutely delicious, plump & well filled! We ordered 6 & you get a free breakfast sandwich when ordering 6 , how cool is that. Pistachio Cheesecake topped with pink icing, not to sweet , Pistachios on top & a fabulous cheesecake pistachio filling, My favorite , It was so big , could only eat half! My daughter got the Boston creme, it was so creamy & delicious. Then we order the Pistachio Lattes , so good Highly recommend“

“My husband and I just had our first weekend at The Woods. The establishment as a whole is very clean. We enjoyed the over 4 miles of hiking trails, as well as the pool and hot tub. The main store is also great for cute outfits, items to remember the camp by, as well as everything you could have forgotten to bring with you for camp. The only thing I’d like to heavily mention to people tenting is that a lot of the tent site pads are mostly gravel/rocky area. You will want to bring heavy duty stakes or some sort of alternative for keeping your camp down. We especially enjoyed everyone we met this weekend and hope we cross paths again!“

“Pizza was some of the best I've ever had. But too listen to the waitress suck snot and see her cough all over everything she faced make it a little hard to really enjoy it. Fix this. She was very polite, but the snot my gosh. Blow your nose for gosh sakes. Plenty of napkins around. Kudos for the guys in the back taking in the delivery. Great job.“

“My nephew Ben came to Jim Thorpe because his mommy died. Being used to his daily cuppa Starbucks, he found this Cafe and went there everyday. On his 4th day the gal commented to him about his repeat visits and he told her why he was in town from Arizona. She gave him his coffee and scone “on the house” and wrote a sweet message of condolences on his to go box. Thank you for your kindness and great coffee!“
