“My boyfriend and I came to Jim Thorpe for my 35th Birthday and this was one of the top things we wanted to do. The space was super friendly and easy going. The staff was helpful in picking out our flight and charcuterie board. I’m not a wine drinker so I can’t really comment on the tastes even though I tried the Silver Fox, Blueberry, Elderflower wines and Elderberry Cider. They did all taste different, as described and we chose to get a bottle for some friends. What we got was definitely worth the price and the presentation and experience was a lot of fun for us.“

“It’s my first time here. The place is nice, with unique decorations unlike a typical bar. The beer menu is displayed on the wall, and the cocktail menu is on paper. It’s small but cool. You’ll need to find street parking nearby. A great spot to grab a beer and try different flavors!“

“This place is amazing! Countless yummy bowl options with their topping bar. Select your starch (or none). Choose veggies and proteins. You control the sauces and seasonings. There are small bottles to taste the sauces. They also have a full menu of sushi and other Asian favorites although we've never ordered anything but the bowls since they're so darn good!! While the bowls are bottomless, the portion is so huge, I always have only one bowl. That option allows you to take the rest home and I have plenty for lunch the next day. Love this place!“

“This past weekend, I had the opportunity to visit The Woods, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment my friend and I arrived, there was an undeniable sense of community. The atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and genuinely uplifting. Everywhere we went, it was clear how much care and pride goes into maintaining the campground. The grounds were immaculate, the trails were beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect place to unwind, and the shower facilities were exceptionally clean. More than anything, I want to say thank you to the staff and to everyone I met during my stay. Your kindness and hospitality made a lasting impression. This may have been my very first 🏳️‍🌈 campground experience, so I don’t have anything to compare it to—but I can confidently say that every campground I visit from now on will have a high standard to live up to because of The Woods. 10/10. “Great as ALWAYS!!!! Ice cream was fresh and delicious. My husband ordered a Banana Split. I called it a Banana Boat (I’m from the Bronx). The look on the employee’s face was pure confusion (sorry lol). My daughter had the Raspberry cup and I had an ice cream taco (which I shouldn’t have gotten -diet)! Omg!! So delicious!!!

We ordered 6 & you get a free breakfast sandwich when ordering 6 , how cool is that. Pistachio Cheesecake topped with pink icing, not to sweet , Pistachios on top & a fabulous cheesecake pistachio filling, My favorite , It was so big , could only eat half! My daughter got the Boston creme, it was so creamy & delicious. Then we order the Pistachio Lattes , so good Highly recommend“

“I recently visited the town of Jim Thorpe with a good friend of mine. It happened to be my birthday so we stopped by Woods Ice Cream. They got me a peanut butter sundae. I've gotta say it's prob one of the best and most delicious sundae's I've ever had in my life. And I'm not even exaggerating. Typing this out just made me remember the taste and my mouth just watered lol. And I can't forget to mention the service was great as well. I highly recommend stopping by this cute little town and getting yourself some ice cream from there.“

“Stopped in for a late lunch. We ate in the outdoor bar area because the dining area had a 20 minute wait. Only the outdoor area was open.
The bar area offered the full menu. The area was clean and although the bar area was very busy the bartender was excellent. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. She took our order quickly and the food was delivered promptly and as ordered.

We had the wedge salad, the open faced turkey sandwich and the chicken parm sandwich. Everything was tasty but the chicken parm sandwich was a bit dry. Maybe order extra sauce on the side.

I highly recommend Molly Maguire's for a nice meal at a decent price.“

A good pasta sauce has to be thick.
Owner offered Tomato sauce, which was a little thicker, but needed Salt.
And Bolognese Meat sauce did not contain Carrot, as told by owner there is.
Carrot is a standard ingredient in Bolognese.
Garlic knots and Salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing were good.
Restaurant itself is clean and quaint.
Owner is affable.“

“Pizza was some of the best I've ever had. But too listen to the waitress suck snot and see her cough all over everything she faced make it a little hard to really enjoy it. Fix this. She was very polite, but the snot my gosh. Blow your nose for gosh sakes. Plenty of napkins around. Kudos for the guys in the back taking in the delivery. Great job.“

the food was tasty. we had 2 slices of quiche, which they had a large variety of. a cranberry and orange scone was also enjoyed.

the above was complemented by a coffee and espresso.
