“I. Love. This. Place! We normally get the hotpot option (my fav is the healthy herbs) I love the conveyor belt system they have for the veggies, and it's sooo nice ti be able to go up and pick what you want and how much you want from the buffet style they have their ingredients as. This definitely is a great place to go to with friends/family, just remember that it's a 2 hour dining limit (which is standard with hotpot places) and there will be a surcharge for any uneaten food. “Ever since Beawon went out of business we’ve been looking for a good Korean BBQ restaurant, and now we’ve found it. Pleasant atmosphere, good size portions, and the quality of the food is incredible. The staff is pleasant and attentive. Our party of 8 was seated right away and we had a very enjoyable meal. “So my review is based on the limitation that I only tried the brisket. Easily found a parking spot - some beside the building, some behind it. When I entered, I was warmly greeted. The staff were very friendly. I purchased a pound of brisket to go. The brisket is absolutely delicious (and I do like to try brisket and have done so at many places). They provide you with more sauce than you will need (especially since the brisket is so good you may not need any sauce) and the sauce is a pretty solid sweeter side sauce. The only downside to Holy Que is the price - it is extremely good but the prices are higher than I've encountered ($38 a pound plus tax for brisket - and I have bought brisket several times over the last month and paid as little as 1/3 that price for some solid brisket). Will I go again? Probably - but the price will ensure I am not as regular as I would be if the cost was less.“

“Soooo yummy and fresh. Second time we've ordered cheesesteaks. Turkey and cheese and Italian hoagies. They definitely don't skimp out on anything and you can taste the quality. I will say though .......cheesesteak is a 9.5. Seeded roll would make it a 10!“

“Great local K BBQ spot. Not fancy but family run. Our young serve Jack was great and had good recommendations. The LA short ribs were perfect and not too sweet. The fried rice was good, especially with the addition of some kimchi. Would like to go back and try other items on the menu. Clientele on a weekday evening were all Korean which is a good sign.“

“We used Babalouie for my husband’s birthday party at our home. It arrived on time, delivered in some very secure and professional travel crates. Everything was made fresh and as ordered. I don’t think there was one person who didn’t ask where I got the food. It was amazing! People were so impressed with the food as were me and my husband. “We all had burgers last night. Food was good but what was extraordinary was David. His customer service and happy attitude was infectious. If we needed it, wanted Alabama white sauce, needed refills, he was on it!!! We actually joked when we stopped for milkshakes after that since there was only one cherry if Mission bbq had cherries and we went running back to David we were pretty sure he would have hooked us up!!!! Last time we got takeout, we didn't get any of the pickled onions etc., and our cupcakes weren't in the bag. I should have checked before driving home though, lol. “The 4 times I've been here recently have been wonderful. We really love the deep ellum cheesesteak with queso and fried jalapeños. The tots with beer cheese and their mac n cheese with brisket on top are delish! The only item so far we had trouble was their boneless wings, my son wouldn't touch them, I took a bite and they were really tough and chewy.The staff is always so friendly too! Quick to serve and help.I agree with a previous review, the menu up front can be daunting and hard to read. “Low key place with tasty meats. Specials change weekly but they always have a good roast pork sandwich on a Kaiser roll. Outdoor eating on a few portable tables. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I've always had a good experience when I visit. They close up outdoor service for the winter but I hear they cater.“

“Don't go here expecting fancy. It's a bar with bar food. Dusty animal heads on the walls and old time pictures in this old building right in town. We sat up stairs and our chairs vibrated from the music loudly playing from the bar downstairs. But you will get decent food. The ribs and onion rings were awesome. Beer battered fried pickles and the dipping sauce were good too. I wouldn't go back here for brisket, it was shredded and dry. Side of Mac and cheese was underwhelming and the pasta used was too big in my opinion for a Mac and cheese. Buffalo chicken salad was nothing special - rotisserie chicken with not much seasoning to it but their homemade blue cheese dressing is phenominal. I missed the mark by not getting the wings that seems to be the specialty here so I will be back for those. We had good, attentive service, even tho we were seated on the 2nd floor where it was pretty much empty. I would say this is a good place to go if you want casual bar food and good drinks.“

“This was my first time coming to this restaurant. Everything was delicious, wasn't to fond of the banana pudding, but the drinks made up for it.
