“Fun atmosphere & great food! We stopped in for lunch and was greeted by the sweetest team of waitresses and staff. We have some Gluten restrictions and our waitress and a member of the kitchen were so helpful with what we could eat on the menu. We also have a special needs child that was very indecisive and our waitress, Rileigh was so patient with letting him have more time to look over the menu. We had a great experience.. “What is not to love at Betty's Luncheon. the homey atmosphere like your family member is making you something delicious to eat. Prices are more than fair and the comical fella serving was friendly and down to earth. We stopped by to pass time waiting for jewelry repair to open but will make a special trip now and then to have lunch. Love the old fashion feel. Thank you !“

“My in-laws Jeannette and John Smoll used to go there at least monthly back in the early 90’s. They got to know the owners and became good friends, so much so that my wife and I were married at Christ Luthern Church a few doors away just so we could all walk over to the Springtown Inn afterwards for our reception dinner. The food and atmosphere were just perfect. We completely forgot to get a cake so they baked one right on the spot. There’s much more to the story, but they made our wedding day a most cherished memory. In fact, today is our 34th wedding anniversary, July 27, 1991. We don’t live in the area so I was very happy to see that you are still in business after all these years. I hope we can get back there one day!“

“We were there today for the first time. it's really nice to have this close to home. Good quality ingredients, very fair pricing and a clean setting. I prefer to pay for good quality than to purchase mediocre food at lower price point. Service was very good. Attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. Food tasted delicious! The salmon cake was better than any crab cake I've had. The NY Strip was very tender, flavorful beautifully plated. The pancake appetizer also delicious! You can bring your own wine (of course they have wine glasses). Keep in mind this is a learning environment. We were very pleased with the entire experience. I love cooking so I rarely if ever want to go out for a meal, but I can see us going there a few times a month. ❤️ Well done!“

“A small (but not too small), modest, lunch-counter kind of place that's one of my favorite eateries. Not fancy, but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Good steak sandwiches, good fries (even left over at home!), good pierogies, good coffee, good homemade desserts, good lots and lots of things. The couple who run it take great care of their customers. Reasonable prices. I'm always tempted to go more often than I do.“

“My husband and I love this place! The couple that run it are super friendly, their empanadas are INSANELY good, and their dinner specials are a great deal. We picked up the Pot Roast dinner special the other night and it was delicious!!! She made all different gourmet brownies the other week and they were amazing, especially the chocolate peanut butter 🤤🤤 I really can’t say enough good things about it! We highly recommend Eatery 519, it’s one of our favorite spots to grab and go lunch and dinner.“

The grounds and the building were beautiful, the staff was helpful, experienced and had great energy, the food was exceptional, and everyone truly had the best time! “OMGGG! This place was AMAZING! And the food was soooo good! I had never been to a Perkins before but my husband knew them from down south. We were visiting fam in Pennsylvania and came across this place on our way back to NY. Their prices were awesome AND they have a menu for people 55 and over. I thought that was great. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. I tipped my waitress $20 bucks cause she was so great. Excellent first time ever experience and now I am a fan!“

They explained the drink and dinner menu and answered our questions. Our server for dinner was Emily and she was amazing! Friendly and attentive not only to us, but to the tables around us! “I finally made it to Eli's original steaks and subs... what a sin to have waited so long! these are the pinnacle of steaks in the valley, they rival the best on Philly for sure! strongly recommend. Eli's basic steak sandwich is phenomenal, and those made with the in-house ribeye are better yet. succulent meat, savory spices, and the bread is unbeatable do yourself a favor and get there a soon as possible if you like a great sandwich!“

“I was floored seeing only 92% of people would recommend Mitzi’s. That other 8% can, well, you know. We love Mary, Nikki, and Tasha. They take great care of us and treat you like you are part of the family. We have been going here for a few years and have been going weekly for the last few months. I look forward to it every Saturday morning. The PANCAKES NEVER DISAPPOINT! Whether it’s the standing Nanner Nutter Pancakes or their seasonal Pumpkin Pancakes, I am always a happy camper. Their bacon is amazing. I’m not a sausage person, but my husband loves it (and it’s made in house). When we went to Canada this summer, I wanted to find a cute little place like Mitzi’s except it didn’t exist. Then I wanted to open one there. lol. It can be a slower paced atmosphere, so if you are on a schedule, allow extra time, but I promise, it is worth every second. Everything done at Mitzi’s is done with LOVE. Don’t forget to order the beignets!“
