Elrama Generating Station was running full bore as well as West Penn Power and the mines were open supplying coal to these giant power houses Well that era is gone!!! But not the people, they still come get drunk and swing down memory lane. A patron played a song on the juke box " Country Road" by John Denver. Everyone in the place sang along and smiled a simple song for simple people Beware of the bartender though she skims 5/30/2018 The sign is back on!!!! Come on in, enjoy a cold beer on a hot day”

“Second time eating at this gem, bringing the family along. I had the tikka masala, and family had red curry, chicken quesadilla and Hawaiian stir fry. The flavors were SO delicious and everyone loved their meals. It's great they offer vegetarian protein choices and substitutes. Owners are super friendly. We can't wait to come back again!”

Often eating Asian food is sad for me because it is so far from what I remember and reminds me of how far away I feel from the Pacific Ocean. The owner and his family are simply precious, radiating quiet kindness and familial warmth to every guest who came in. They are a new restaurant, but the owners (both chefs) knew people by name and asked new guests their names, and served exquisite and beautiful food I will be thinking about for days. If you can, bring a friend with you so you can share something from Japan and something from Thailand on your first visit. You won’t regret it. Oh, and the donuts…

The ice cream is some of the BEST I've ever had very fresh!! And you MUST try the pound cake is ABSOLUTELY Delicious ? it comes by the slice however you can order a whole cake. The cookies & brownies are delicious too!!

“I hafta say this diner is amazing. We are out on a trip and needed to stop for lunch. Anyway the waitress was awesome I had the reuben w sweet potato fries and tea and everything was amazing. We are coming back next week for another trip and will stop here again. Next time I'm trying the Philly cheesesteak. A definite must try if you are in town. “we just moved to the area and have tried a few local pizza places...they've all sucked! 1. we got so SICK after eating it. 2. the pizza was okay, but the calzone was raw...like more raw dough than cheese!!! 3. just tasted like cardboard. 4. over priced but not atrocious. well tonight I REALLY REALLY wanted good pizza! I contemplated driving an hour and a half to get a pizza from a place that I KNOW is safe! I stead I took the chance with Pasquales. seriously the best pizza I've had in the LONGEST TIME. it was so fast, I honestly expected it to be horrible. but it was delicious! I usually can barely crush 2 pieces...I ate 6.. I do feel sick but that's just because I ate way too much!! the sauce has flavor, it's well seasoned. the crust is buttery and delicious. you can actually TASTE the garlic! they don't skimp on seasoning which is so nice! this is our new go to for pizza!!!”
