“Today was the first time I have had take out food in almost 4 years. On recommendations from an allergy group I decided to try Jersey Mike's. I was so impressed with the staff at the Whitehall, Allentown PA location. They wiped down the surfaces, a dedicated knife was used for the gluten free roll and they even verified ingredients. I have food allergies and GI issues and I can honestly say I was in heaven after the first bite. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, and offering some allergy friendly options.“

“This subway almost always has the freshest tasting bread of the ones in the area. Sometimes you have to wait a minute or two for help but the freshness is worth it. One tip...If you want to save money on your drink get it from the gas station instead of the subway counter because it's cheaper for a larger cup and you get it from the same fountain!“

“Came today here with a friend and all of a sudden 10 construction workers came in and 5 were already there and only one person working. This woman deserves an award. She did everything by herself and when it was time for the construction workers,she started doing the subs 3 at a time and was friendly. “I finally made it to Eli's original steaks and subs... what a sin to have waited so long! these are the pinnacle of steaks in the valley, they rival the best on Philly for sure! strongly recommend. Eli's basic steak sandwich is phenomenal, and those made with the in-house ribeye are better yet. succulent meat, savory spices, and the bread is unbeatable do yourself a favor and get there a soon as possible if you like a great sandwich!“

“I don’t usually write reviews for franchises—it’s just not my thing. I go out of my way to support locally owned and operated businesses. But everything I typically dislike about franchises is the opposite here. Every time I visit, the employees are incredibly friendly, the sandwiches are outstanding, and the orders are always correct. I’m not sure if that’s standard for Jersey Mike’s, but the Trexlertown location is top-notch.“

Then when we said something up front nobody did anything about it just looked at each other and did absolutely nothing. “I really enjoyed the All-Pro Chicken Teriyaki Footlong Sub on any bread you could want with any cheese you choose & all of the vegetables you could ask for (& of course wether you want it toasted or not)! They had some nice Christmas decorations at this location & a friendly staff making sandwiches! I was 100% satisfied & I know if you stop in, you should leave feeling the same!“

They start to recognize your order when you do specifics. After not going for like 6 months I called in and they new my exact order. The staff is friendly , the environment is inviting. There is limited to no seating space so this is a grab and go location.

Theres plenty of parking in the front, prices are great for the amount of food your getting. Would and have recommended this place.“

Please use this store as an example. I put a note on my order today I’m allergic to tomato. When I came in I was told even though no sandwich where made yet she still wiped the area down and got a knife from the back that was not around the tomato at all I have never had this experience at any other store I felt so supported her and she didn’t even call my allergies weird like other stores

GIVE THEM A RAISE HERE!!!!!

“This is a really good and well maintained Subway. Our online pick-up order was ready within ~15 minutes with accuracy and attention to instructions. The sandwich was really well-made with perfect amount of toppings and sauces.The staff greeted us with smile and respect. I would recommend this store to everyone!“
