“Hey what can I say other than Mick's is a great place!! 5 stars, my wife and I got take out for the first time. I must say it was just as good if we dined in. If your in the neighborhood check it out you won't be disappointed. Thanks, Live Life!!“
“The whole dining experience was more than excellent; it was damn-near perfect! I'm not much of a raw fish person, but I tasted my wife's tuna tartare appetizer and loved it. My oysters Rockefeller appetizer was a delicately balanced, excellent preparation. For my main course I had the whole Branzino, expertly deboned for me at tableside, and it was marvelous. At that point we did not need dessert, but the list of available after dinner drinks was awesome! Kudos also to our server Casey, who helped to make the evening memorable.“
“A true delight in the Lancaster area!! The Greenfield Restaurant accommodated our very large party for a business dinner a few months ago. No flaws, and exceptional service. A classy, homey restaurant. Drinks- great! My gauge is always if a place knows how to make my drink signature- a dirty martini with Bombay Sapphire. No vermouth here to be found, it sipped lovingly!!! And for food, after many apps, entrees and desserts with all of our 14, I don't think there was a plate left uncleared. We had the upper, private dinner area. Our server was exceptional- attentive, timed check-ins and orders well taken and delivered. Food was paced appropriately and brought all together - for that many people and when a configuration of stairs is involved for kitchen and bar this is no small feat. For the group, much of the menu was tackled. No complaints whatsoever. Probably the unsung hero of apps was the house smoked salmon dip. Entree favorites were the pork schnitzel and scallops. Homemade spaetzle made those with the pork so happy. Thin, crispy, a beautiful plate with accompaniments. The scallops - Who doesn't love a meal with inspiration? Scallops.....and beech mushrooms! Give Me More!!! Delicious, quirky and unexpected. THIS will be readapted as inspiration. And dessert, I hardly ever eat dessert. But when hearing they had a salted caramel ice cream. Yes and yes! Perfect, creamy ending. Through consistency in service and flavorfulness in food The Greenfield Restaurant should be a Lancaster staple and deserves filled seats for a long time to come!!!“
“I need to talk about this cafe I found on a Thursday morning. I was the first customer there, and the atmosphere was immediately inviting, bright, clean, and full of positive energy. The Lebanese-style falafel wrap was unlike anything I've had before. It tasted rich, almost like a blend of lamb or beef, but it was definitely falafel. The addition of pickled radishes and fresh vegetables was a brilliant choice. The pita bread was the perfect balance of soft and chewy, holding everything together. The owner added to the experience by offering me a complimentary espresso. It was strong and smooth, a great end to an amazing meal. This cafe isn't just about food; it's an entire experience. The flavors, the atmosphere, and the service all come together to create something special. If you haven't been there yet, you're truly missing out.“
“A great gem of a restaurant tucked away in Landisville. We were greeted by Matt, who seated us and was our server. We discussed the cocktails and ordered. I had the steak tips sandwich and fries -- very good. I liked the mushrooms and Swiss cheese on the sandwich. The fries are batter dipped, but lightly. They were great, not greasy or soggy. My husband had Chicken Marsala over risotto. The flavor and texture were excellent. We will definitely return. The atmosphere, food, and service were all excellent. Thank you, Blue Collar Restaurant and Matt, for a great evening.“
“Our group loved sitting in the sun room. Most popular entrees were Steak Skewer Wedge salads, Jamaican Jerk Salmon, Spicy Shrimp Noodle Bowl and Cedar-Roasted Salmon. A little disappointed with Grilled Peruvian-Style Half Chicken. Enjoyed the Thai Beef Skewers, and Caputo Brother's Whipped Ricotta appetizer. Group did not care for the shredded Chicken in Peruvian Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Overall we had a great dining experience and we all agreed we would return.“
“I 100% recommend Conestoga Wagon! The people are friendly and welcoming. The food is fantastic as well as the prices. The decor has a rustic, historical country feel. There's something that catches the eye everywhere you look. The bathrooms are very clean and well decorated. We will definitely be returning to sample more of their delicious food! Also make sure you pick up some of their fantastic homemade iced tea!“
“This is a great little cafe. It has a lot of character and charm. The seating on the lower level is cozy. The coffee is strong and good. The food and service was excellent. We especially LOVED their toast-- the multigrain bread is a good enough reason to go!“
“I took my husband to the tavern for his birthday since we were visiting Strasburg and he loves a good reuben. He had the reuben and I had the Smash burger. We travel and have dined out a lot from fine dining to food trucks and I can definitely give the Spring House Tavern 5 solid stars! We’ve had Primanti Brother’s and didn’t give them 5 stars… Besides the entree, we enjoyed the pretzels and, of course, beer! The waitress was attentive but not hovering, the bartender checked in on our drinks and the overall atmosphere was clean and comfortable (no sticky floors or crumby tables). It’s a gem in downtown Strasburg and definitely worth a go!“
“We decided to have Easter dinner at the Cork and Cap restaurant and we were not disappointed! It located in an old factory complex with decor to match, but still very classy looking. Our server was attentive and knew the menu very well. We started out with a scallop and pork belly appetizer that was delicious as well as some wings. Our son had the ribeye steak cooked to perfection. Our daughter had the roast duck breast, which she said was absolutely great. My wife had a swordfish special with red pepper risotto. The fish was perfectly cooked. I had the beef short rib Wellington, which was also extremely tasty and not something you see all the time. The place is pricey, but when the food is that good, I don’t mind paying a bit more for a special occasion. Highly recommend.“
“We were in town for a Rugby tournament and have been a long time fan of their beer so we took advantage of how close our hotel was to check out their taphouse/restaurant.The building has a presence but is extremely inviting but parking was a challenge. Ultimately we ended up with a spot in their lot but it took some time/patience.That minor nit aside, upon entering the restaurant we were warmly and quickly greeted. It was a Friday night during the NCAA tournament so it was predicably busy so it took a moment to get seated. We may have waited a few minutes at most before we were taken to a table. The ambiance/atmosphere definitely leans into it's Lancaster heritage ... warm, comfortable, and rustic. But that's an aside. After being seated we were greeted by our server almost immediately. He brought us water and showed us the specials. From that point forward our dinner just flowed. Orders taken, our appetizer served (corn dog fried shrimp) amazingly fast followed very quickly by our burgers, my wife got the LBC Cheeseburger with mushrooms and Swiss and I got the LBC and subbed out the meat for a black bean burger and added a cup of white chili).I can't overstate how fresh, fast and flavorful everything was. Overall, between the food and the beer it was outstanding.“
“Didn't want to cook this evening. Mad Chef was the perfect choice. Excellent drafts tonight including the Pizza Party Italian pilsner, the You Sherbet That fruited sour and the Juice Caboose hazy New England IPA. The food included the Philly Special Pizza and a Pineapple Bourbon Chicken Sandwich special. There was about a 30 minute wait for a table, but given the quality of the food the weight was well worth it.At Mad Chef (similar to many breweries) you need to order both brews and food at the cashier desk, but the food is delivered to the table.“
“Went for a late breakfast with my boyfriend. I had the crepes and they were delicious. Unfortunately it looked like a tornado hit the restaurant when we walked in. They sat us at a "clean" table that had crumbs all over the chairs and food/ a dirty fork under the table. Looks like they could just use some extra help.“
“A wonderful farm to table option. The cocktails are delicious - creative and tasty. The locally sourced foods are well prepared. The plates have rich flavors - the duck was particularly good. The multiple rooms are comfortable with good acoustics. The service is helpful and attentive. There is a 3.8% service charge if you pay with a credit card.“
“Our hotel suggested we try Brasserie for dinner, and we are glad we took their suggestion! The food was very good, the best tomato soup I have ever had. My husband had the prime rib , and he said it was really good. The Pinot noir by the glass was good, too. A good place to go.“
“One of the coolest restaurants I’ve been to in a while. Would have been a total vibe but our waiter very obviously didn’t want to be at work. He rushed us through. No fault to the restaurant. Will def be going back. The food was delish. Get the Brussel Sprout appetizer, you won’t be sorry.“
“First time in. Popped in before a concert. Food was absolutely delicious! We got the pretzel to start. I got the black bean burger with sweet potato fries and a cosmo. My hubby got the lamb burger and a flight of beer. Everything was sooo good! Will definitely come back!“
“We shared the mac & cheese with brisket and also shared their new special loaded fries with boneless wings. They make their boneless wings in house, with actual chicken breast chunks. It is not a processed product. Everything was great, We will definitely be back.“
“I love the soup and salad bar. I also love the onions and liver entree. Breakfast you can't beat the Avocado toast. Coffee is great too. Amazing staff!!Parking: Located right at the buildingKid-friendliness: Kid menuWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking spots, plenty of room in building for handicap people.“
“Amazing food, very flavorful. The drinks are strong and delicious. The service was quick, with attentive staff. The restaurant is quite visually appealing. It is however quite loud and can make conversation a little bit difficult.Kid-friendliness: Would not bring my children here.“
“I’ve gotten their ribeye special the last few weeks and I say this with no reservation. The only place I’ve had a better steak is at 401 Prime, except this steak is at a fraction of the price. Whoever is cooking the steak at 551 west is doing a phenomenal job. If they have a ribeye special I will be here eating a delicious perfectly cooked medium rare steak.“
“This place is a hidden gem, great convenient frozen meals that take the prepping, dishes, and time wasted cooking out of eating clean. The people are super nice and everything I have had has been great, and it’s surprisingly affordable compared to the price of groceries and time spent cooking.“
“Really good food from this place. Pizza is always tasty and they give you giant jalapeño poppers instead of the tiny ones most restaurants use. I usually get delivery through grubgub but calling in your order I think is best. Had a delivery snafu recently that customer service fell well below expectations, but the managing partner Grant called me and fixed everything, which was greatly appreciated.“
“Flavorful, diverse, fresh, fast cuisine with friendly service!! Healthy beverages - no fountain soda. Plenty of vegan options. Tofu as protein and well-labeled dressings (most are vegan!). Great music too - not too loud either.Vegetarian options: Vegan dressings & tofuParking: Go around behind Starbucks to avoid obnoxious Chick-fil-A traffic. Traffic at Belmont is nuts.“
“I'm from north jersey and we come to Lancaster once a year. We came here on a limb because we couldn't find something that wasn't a chain that was open for lunch besides pubs. When we walked inside and it was completely empty so we were a little skeptical but decided to try it anyways and we are extremely glad we did. This was such a delicious meal. The food was cooked with so much flavor and was super tasty. They also were out of the large pitas and instead gave me two which were much bigger than expected with no added charge. The waitress was very nice and we sat outside on the patio which is lovely. We will definitely be back!“
“My wings were amazing highly recommend the root beer glaze wings. My ziti was salty and the jambalaya was over seasoned. But BERTO WAS AN AMAZING SERVER!!! he’s so kind and professional and on point with the menu. Conner was a sweet heart as well and funny.“
“Stopped in on a late Saturday afternoon offering. Plenty of parking in back. Inside not crowded at all which was unexpected given the touristy area and right across the street from college. I had the country schnitzel which was all around good. Mashed potatoes obviously homemade and the sauteed spinach was packed full of garlic. All of it was fantastic. Mrs had the mussels appetizer and was enough for a full meal. Creme Brulee and bread pudding were on point. Beers and cocktails were also not disappointing in any way. Certainly not a bland chain brewery with ho-hum foodstuffs. Will return for sure when I'm in the area.“
“The food is well prepared. The decor is par for the area. The live indoor plants kick it up a notch. Service is always on point. The ladies here are attentive and friendly. Breakfast is definitely their strong suit.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome any hour of the day. I never feel uncomfortable bringing my two boys.“
