“I held a private luncheon on a Saturday afternoon for 30 people. Mick responded promptly when I made an online inquiry. The room and food were prepared to perfection. The service was excellent, the room and tables were clean, and the food was delicious. It was nice to have the outdoor area for the little kids to get a break and play. We had reserved the room for two hours, and some guests were slow to leave. The staff was patient and did not rush us out the door. I highly recommend Mick’s in Willow Street.“

“Fabulous meal with tons of gluten-free options! The menu changes with the seasons, and everything was super fresh and local. Our kids ate their meals happily, and we enjoyed ours. (Kids - filet and ravioli, adults - salmon, burrata ravioli, halibut, and pork Milanese) It was a little loud and hard to hear at times, but a pleasant atmosphere. Juliana was our server, and she was delightful. We will be back next time we visit Lancaster!“

“We had dinner with some friends!! Three of us got the pork chop and it was wonderful! Another friend had the Beef Wellington and she said it was delicious! Everyone was kind and serving to us.“

“Get the crab soup. Amazing. All of us love our dinners. Fish and chips was awesome. Lime cilantro pizza was very tasty with lots of flavors. Crab cakes were very good though a bit on the small side. And the apricot bourbon salmon was scrumptious. Our server was engaging, knowledgeable, and efficient. The creme brulee and the lemon raspberry cake were fantastic! Only downside was the noise level. They could lower it with a few acoustic tiles.“

“I can’t say enough about the customer service, I came in to pick up a take out order and it wasn’t ready. After waiting a little bit the front desk went to check on it and said they were a little bit behind which ok it was busy and prime dinner time on a Friday. Not long after another employee came out to tell me they’re so sorry that the kitchen is behind and offered me a free drink of my choice, I passed it up and instead they gave me two growlers to go, mind you I was ok with waiting on my food I wasn’t complaining just waiting patiently. It was like 15min past the time they gave me ok, no biggie. When I finally got home to eat all the food was amazing and hot. In today’s world this really means a-lot, I love supporting local!! Great job Mad Chef!“

“My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed a delightful Father's Day dinner at John J. Jeffries. My husband and I have been there several times but this was our daughter's first. She absolutely loved her meal - we all did! And the server, Trinity, was perfect for our table. My husband ordered the wrong meal by mistake and we were prepared to take it home, while adding what he really wanted to the bill. The restaurant promptly supplied the correct meal and credited our bill for the wrong order, wishing him a Happy Father's Day. It was a memorable visit on so many counts! Thank you JJJ! We haven’t been there for a few years because we live several hours away, but went out of our way to go today and it was even better than we remembered. Lindsey was our server and was so incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The food was quick and high quality, and we were very impressed with the craft cocktails. We will look forward to the next time we can enjoy a meal here!“

“Our mystery bus tour stopped by for ice cream, on a blustery cool day. The service at the ice cream windows was great! Unfortunately for us, we went inside to enjoy the two scoops of ice cream in some warmth, sat at a remote table and, literally a few minutes later, were asked to leave. Obviously the same name and building, but the ice cream business does not work interactively with the restraunt. We were not impressed.“
