“The owner was extremely kind and gave us time when ordering. This is a family run restaurant who puts love into their food. I am vegetarian and ordered "The city" sandwich, the bread was delicious and the contents had the right ratio of each thing. My husband ordered a Philly cheesesteak and was very pleased, considering he's picky about his Philly cheesesteaks. The fries were great! We will come back even though we don't live here!Vegetarian options: Theres about 6 different options with vegetarian sandwiches. The fries are great as well.“
“My wife and I stopped by on Friday evening. The house made 10" rolls are legit and made the sandwiches. I had the Johnny Boy and the meats were high quality and the truffle oil complimented the sandwich. Only minor (very minor) issue was that the thick cut mozzarella at times overpowered the meat. But only a minor issue. My wife had the Caprese sandwich and enjoyed it thoroughly. We will be back as the menu looks amazing and I need two work my way through a few other selections.“
“This is the best grill cheese sandwich in Lancaster! Perfectly made w/ gooey cheeses on sourdough bread. Also tried a twinkie cupcake which was moist & sweet! The service was quick & easy. “We went here and I ordered a large meatball sub. It was only $8 and I was very pleased as the sub was massive, delicious, and had plenty of meat.We also ordered a large frie (which was also massive and delicious) and mozzarella sticks that were very good as well.Overall a very good meal and definitely 5 stars.“
“We could not get through on the phone. They did not answer. When we arrived and ordered food at 7pm, it was a 20 min wait, but it was a busy Fri night. I can tell you that the food was well worth the wait! Their cheesesteaks are awesome! & Delicious! “Very well priced, very good quality sandwiches and service! It's unfortunate that I'm not in that area very often, but if I was, Bruno's would be very near the top of the list! Clean, friendly staff, and fresh slice meats for your sandwiches! I would recommend to anyone! I will definitely be back for more at some point in time. I can only recommend the Roast Beef because it's the only sandwiche I ordered, they have numerous others to choose from.“

“I've had pretty good meals here. I was very disappointed, last night, I ordered the Grilled Honey Dijon chicken salad. Everything was great, except it only contained 3-4 pieces of sugar cubed sized chicken. Did the cook eat the rest? I even gave a 20% tip for carry out, it should have been caught.“

“I’d like to start by saying that Jersey Mike’s is, by far, our favorite sandwich shop. We have been frequent customers since you opened on Fruitville Pike. On average, we order at least 4 times a month, if not more. With that said, on November 9, a few (3 to be exact)of my family members from out of town had never experienced Jersey Mikes. We had had one of the worst days of our lives and without going into detail, suffice to say we had spent a traumatic day in the hospital that did not end well. On our way back to their hotel room we were famished and just wanted some comfort food and to sit quietly together to regroup. We ordered our food at approximately 8:35pm, after asking if it was still ok to order as they were closing at 9. The 3 employees behind the counter were respectful, no problems whatsoever with them. They were even given a tip. As we sat eating, we were well aware of the time and we’re already rushing to eat. My family members were very impressed with their sandwiches as I knew they would be! At approximately 9:04pm, a female appears from, I am guessing, the back. I hadn’t noticed her prior to this encounter. As she was walking from the back, not even having enough respect to approach our table first and be polite, she loudly says “OK ladies, time to wrap it up!!!!!” As she is saying this, she’s punching her fist in her hand aggressively with a very arrogant look on her face. We were in complete disbelief. I told her we were just about done and she said “yeah well, we closed at 9. It’s time to go…” Her demeanor was extremely condescending and unprofessional, as if she was showing off for her coworkers and looking for a confrontation. Well, she got it. I walked back to her and asked her if she was a manager. I told her it was 9:06. It’s not even 10 after and she was being extremely rude and disrespectful. We were just finishing up our meals…she remained aloof and argumentative. I then told her she was completely out of line and my elderly, disabled aunt just lost her son and she needs to apologize to her for being so disrespectful. Instead of walking over to our table she remained standing at the back of the store and loudly said she was sorry. That’s when I asked for her name. Her arrogance continued until we left. We did feel bad for the other employees and would like to thank them for being so respectful and professional. They appeared to be younger than Ms. Attitude but exceptionally more mature.“
“What a gigantic market! Since it's only open on Tuesdays, it can get pretty crowded because Root's has many fun stalls to visit. There were bakeries, deli, tea, vintage items, local produce, and much more. Depending on what you are looking for, you can get something for a great price while supporting the local community! For me, I got fresh fruits, baked goodies, and locally made items. You will definifely find something here for you.“
“Food was very good, but I mainly came to compliment Christy! She is such a delight. One of the best waitresses I have ever encountered at an establishment. She has a very down to earth and genuine personality, you can tell she likes what she does. I can appreciate that. I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt inclined to come and say she is wonderful. I always loved Jimmy johns before but bread has a lot of carbs and carbs is the main thing I need to stay away from.I recently discovered they have the "unwitch" sandwich and omg this is the best thing ever. It's delicious! I was able to get the bootlegger that I love without all the carbs. Thank you so much for offering this, it's so unique. I was surprised how even with the lack of bread it tasted great. Kicking ranch was delicious as well.Vegetarian options: The veggie is a great tasting sandwich. Highly recommend avocado spread“
“I have to admit that I am a regular at this particular Subway. There is a reason for that. Whenever I go in, I am greeted warmly by the staff, and I go so often that they already know what my order is going to be. To me the bread is always fresh, as well as the vegetables. I've seen them baking the bread and sorting through the tomatoes to get the perfect ones. It is my belief that the manager sets high standards, and I've seen him there often both helping and guiding. I haven't tried many of their new creations, but I've seen them ordered. They look delicious. Chelsea is a delight and is a stalwart of the store. She leads the crew. Today we're in the middle of the Coronavirus situation, and for the first time, I'm not dining in. I'm doing a carry out. I'll miss eating there. But I MUST have my Subway!“
