Wait time can be over an hour, and when you finally sit the wait staff is so busy running around to other tables it's hard to get there attention. “Coffee bar located inside the Ferry Market in downtown New Hope. I found the coffee good, and they have a small selection of muffins, croissants, cookies, biscotti, and some premade breakfast sandwiches. They also sell the whole coffee beans and tea.

There is some indoor and outdoor seating. I had no issue bringing my dog in with me to order and then sitting outside. I came back several times during my stay in the area.“

“I went to New Hope and stopped at Starbucks to get a drink. The place is really nice and has an extremely comfy room in the back. It is big enough for 2-3 families along with the front having about 4 seats.

The service was nice and the drinks were made properly.

Today I stopped by for an iced matcha with soy milk — 10/10! Great color and flavor. I was also hoping to grab a vegan sweet treat, but unfortunately there were no vegan pastries or baked goods available. I’m pretty sure you had some last year when I visited, so maybe just bad luck today.

That said, the staff was super friendly despite the place being busy. Hope to be back soon!“

“All the employees here are fantastic. One of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts to go to and I’m a regular. Everyone is nice and friendly. Never had an issue with the staff here. If mistake an order, they are gladly to fix it no problem. I would highly recommend.“

“At this point I would call myself a starbucks critic, and I have to say this one is probably my favorite. Starbucks is always hit or miss with their baristas and drive thru workers, but I have only ever had good experiences with this location and I’ve been coming to this one since 2019. You are all SO SWEET! More importantly you’re really nice to the two dogs I usually have in the car too which is more important to me than a correct order. Speaking of, my order has only gotten mixed up ONE TIME in 6 years and they corrected it and it wasn’t even a big deal. I’ll never forget that! “I’ve been a long time customer of this place prior to 2020. Any chance I was willing to drive 40 mins just for a smoothie I would. As a strict organic gluten free sugar free soy free vegan with many food allergies going out is often a chore. I loved this place. But I have noticed a change in decor it seems more cold and the pre bottled juices seem to be diluted or sat for way too long and separated. When Kelly was the owner it seemed warmer in the store. Altho the smoothies and smoothie bowls still seem to be the same quality. Just a bit sad about the bottled juice. But I’m glad this place still exists and support this business as much as I can. It’s the only place I can go and feel “normal” when I order. Also they seemed to change the bowl container to some sort of plastic. I much rather the papery ones more eco friendly which matters to me. But I definitely still recommend this place to everyone.

I ordered on the app and it was literally ready in minutes. I legit order the same thing every dunkin run: Vanilla almond milk iced coffe, sausage egg and cheese, and hashbrowns. I could immediately tell they don’t use old oil for the hashbrowns. They were perfectly crispy and didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. the sandwich was hot and not even a little burnt, and the coffee was the perfect amount of sweetness.“
