“My wife and I attended the Valentines Day five course special at the Grill Room, and after five years of marriage it stands out as the best Valentines Day dinner we’ve done out. The food was amazing from the first course to the table side prepared Bananas Foster (which was the best dessert I’ve personally ever had in a restaurant). The meal itself offered a large range of options to suit every appetite. My wife and I were able to pick different choices and it gave us both a wide tasting of the options (since we shared everything apart from the first plate). The food was top notch, way above what we had paid for such a wonderful experience. And let’s talk about price for a moment, you would imagine a meal that amazing would be unaffordable, and you would be wrong. Well within even the most frugal couples price range. Our server was excellent, with excellent service skills. The chefs work spoke for itself, but he has a great sense of humor to interact with as well. The management staff was on point, and seems dedicated to outstanding service. It was the first time I was here, but I guarantee it won’t be the last.“

My wife and I ordered the Ume Plum Tea, Vietnamese Latte, Khang’s Special Banh Mi, Crispy Tofu Banh Mi, and Doenjang Butter Fries. The Ume Plum Tea is so unique, and their Vietnamese Latte is the best I’ve had. Their food portions are big, and will definitely leave you full. Highly recommend this place!“

“I heard about Baby’s Kusina while on a dinner date and wanted to try this Filipino market. First off, the building is absolutely beautiful and the decor is aesthetic. On to the important stuff, the food and drink. My fiancé got the Ube-Milk Matcha and the Cheesy Beshy. The sandwich was delicious and the Ube-Milk Matcha was incredible! I got an iced matcha and the Rich Tita, which may have been one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever ate; the housemate pork longganisa was out of this world, the bread was light and flaky, and the egg was perfectly cooked. The Rocky’s Matcha is such a rare find and definitely the best matcha in the city. Lastly, Tam and Raquel were incredibly welcoming owners and the staff was interactive and wonderful. They have made a returning customer of me. Highly recommend 10/10.“

“I love Adelie Coffee House. The coffee is simply delicious! It's rich, smooth, aromatic, soothing - like a warm blanket fresh out of the dryer. I've only tried the cheese danish. It was very good. The baristas are great - all of them. The coffee house itself is bare bones, yet clean and cozy. You have the option to sit outside if you like. “My sisters and I decided to stop in for some coffee after brunch. The man in front of us in line wanted a muffin. They were honest and said one felt hard and dry, so they suggested another flavor that wasn’t. That impressed us. Then they answered our questions about best selling latte flavors and what some flavors were. Not only were they informative and gave their personal suggestions, but they were very courteous and kind.“

I had a bowl with chicken, potatoes, veg, whipped feta, and took a pastry and frappe to go.

Our server Jessica was very welcoming. My wife enjoyed the corned beef special on gluten-free bread. She said it tasted like real deli corned beef. I got a large hunk of Reuben quiche (it was Quiche of the Day) and it was delicious! Large chunks of corned beef, cheesy, and a yummy crust.
