“My husband stumbled upon this shop online and it was only 5 mins away from us so we decided to stop in and we loved it! “Really nice small local ice cream shop with about 12 flavors to choose from. The ice cream is flavorful and creamy and the price is fair for the amount you get. Limited seating inside and unfortunately no seating outside, probably because of the neighborhood.

“Love this place!! The last two times the soft serve has been a little melted when it was served so I had to eat it pretty fast to avoid a mess but still some of the best soft serve. “We tried the chocolate chip cookie skillet with vanilla ice cream and it was delicious! We also tried a peanut butter cookie skillet with the salted caramel ice cream and that combination was an absolute Star ⭐️ The cookies are freshly baked to order, Highly recommend! If you are in the Merchantville area, definitely check these guys out. The shop is clean and family friendly! 😃“

“Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is an absolute delight! We stopped by during lunch and were greeted by a friendly, welcoming staff member. Even though she was stocking when we arrived, she immediately took the time to assist us with our order and made some excellent recommendations.
We decided to try the seasonal passion fruit ice cream and the Earl Grey tea flavor. Both were phenomenal! The ice cream is clearly made with high-quality ingredients, resulting in a rich, creamy texture and vibrant flavors. “I dont have a lot of experience with dairy queen but ive been to this one a few times and always have had a good experience.This time i went in for my birthday blizzard and the app was being stupid and not giving me the correct coupon code. We had Lilly making our blizzards and she was very patient while i wrestled with the app and helped me be able to get my birthday blizzard.Thanks Lilly! “I visited Surreal Creamery in Philadelphia just over a week ago, and it was an amazing experience! The creativity in both presentation and flavor really sets this place apart. I ordered one of their signature mason jar creations, and it was a perfect mix of rich, creamy ice cream and delicious toppings. “Yesterday was my first visit there. First, there was a sign indicating an invitation to use their back patio. I didn't know which way to access the patio so naturally I walked around to the other (wrong) side of the building searching for the back patio. I was met by two locked doors. I then walked down the path then around the front of the store and then I went in the other direction.... kept going... looking for the patio and found it in the back of the building where I placed my order. I was disappointed that there was no sugar-free ice cream but they had a vast array of cones. Then, I had to walk to another window to pick up my ice cream cone. The ice cream was really, really good though the prices were steep yet they asked for a tip in addition to the steep prices. Even with that, however, I will return. I was impressed that they were open in the middle of a rainy, cloudy Sunday afternoon. Their serving the ice cream cone in a little container was a cute addition.“
“Cute little place and a good late night stop. It does get busy. Got milkshakes and they were awesome. Chocolate and vanilla both equally good. Not from the area but it seems like window service is typical in this area. Not really a fan of it though but that’s just personal preference. It didn’t take away from the experience, service, or quality of the ice cream. Staff was friendly and pleasant, would come again and definitely recommend.“

I have tried water ice, hand dipped ice cream, soft serve ice cream, pretzels, hot sausage.
The ice cream and water ice are served cold, its not melting all over the place when you get it, the pretzels were warm and soft , the hot sausages were very good!
Sometimes there is a line at the windows, it moves quickly!
You get a good sized portion for the price
They have sizes from small all the way up to quart

“Please stop by this location with the newer owners! This is our go to spot for our blizzards and also for everyone’s birthday cake! They always have the cake we need at the last minute and always are willing to personalize it. The woman was so sweet last time we got a cake and she let my daughter help her with writing on the cake. They also made a donation for my daughter’s softball team fundraiser that was very generous. Definitely make this your go to Dairy Queen!“

“This is a review mostly for the Popalong Truck run by Weckerly's, although because my husband and I love the scoop shops so much, that's the main reason we booked the truck for our wedding!
One of our most favorite things in the world is ice cream, and so we knew we wanted to reach out to Weckerly's for their Popalong truck option.
They absolutely delivered.
They were great with communication, pricing, and helping us determine what package would be the best for us.
Our guests could not stop talking about the ice cream and popsicles, and some even got seconds and thirds!!
Some of our favorite photos are of us by the colorful and cute ice cream truck.
They were right on time for when they should arrive at the venue, and the staff member working the event was incredibly friendly.
They were prompt with our emailed questions and very professional and kind. We were super happy with our package options and flavor options, and nothing was last minute with them; they reached out well in advance with when we needed to make these decisions, and were seamless to work with.
So happy that they could be a part of our big day and we'd recommend the Popalong truck to anyone looking to have a fun and unique dessert option for their wedding day as well!“

“Almost all of the flavors offered are wonderful. I love the rotating seasonal flavors and the fact that samples are offered so you can try things out. It is a bit pricey, but the ice cream is very high quality and many of the flavors are unique, so it is worth it. My favorite flavors are darkest chocolate and rainbow buttermilk frozen yogurt, both of which pair very well together!“

“Got a half scoop of milky chocolate and a half scoop of darkest chocolate. They were SO delicious! I want more!! It was served with a piece of waffle cone.
When you enter, you are immediately greeted by the smell of fresh waffle cones. The staff were super friendly on a Saturday evening. I didn’t realize this place was so big in the area when I went, but I’m so glad I tried it out. I’d definitely be back when I am in the area!

“Please let me tell you I live for an hour and some odd minutes away from all day hoagie all day ice cream establishment.
I was bragging about the Hoagies to my friends, my sister I brought all of them down there at several different times and guess what they are in love with the food the cakes, the ice cream the sandwiches

“We got served by two male employees one named Dillion and I didn’t catch the other guys name. They were both really nice and patient my friend and I have never been before and there was a lot of option.

“We initially came here because we thought it was Vita, but that was right next door. However, we were not disappointed! The place is cute and has a few over the counter Italian goodies for purchase. We got gelato and hazelnut lattes. It was so delicious and the young man working there was wonderful, friendly, helpful, and clean. Excellent service and delicious gelato and coffee.“
