“As someone who LOVES Middle Eastern food, I knew that I wanted to check out The Good Gyro. I saw this place for the first time in the New Hope Ferry Market last November, 2023, but was unable to go until this past Tuesday, March 12, 2024. The service was wonderful and the food was good. Specifically, I enjoyed the chicken shawarma platter, and could taste all the rich freshness in every bite. “We live in the area and have been here several times. Probably the best vodka rigatoni I’ve ever had. My husband has frequently been disappointed in his meals. The steak always seems to be undercooked and certain dishes lack seasoning and flavor for his liking. I always order the vodka rigatoni so I’m never disappointed it’s literally the best!! “Adam Kabob and Grill is a modest space in a strip mall. You probably passed by it on route many times, but it's this type of "hidden treasure" place that has the best food. I spent more money on gas than I did for my Beef Seekh Kabob platter! The plate was covered with food. The beef kabobs were spiced just right (savory, not hot spicy) and tender. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He thanked every customer that picked up food for their patronage and was polite taking orders over the phone. He even generously brought me a side of hummus on the house out of kindness and the spirit of giving. They also have vegetarian options. I will definitely be back to try other dishes. The only question I have is: When are you opening a restaurant in NJ?“

“Absolute gem. Go here now, I mean tonight. Not much to look at as you pull up, but ignore that. Clean and welcoming on the inside.Babaganoush was smoky, silky, fresh and bright on perfectly cooked bread. The mixed grill had a bit of everything from the menu and we loved it all. Meat and vegetables grilled on charcoal and perfectly seasoned. Everyone from the guy that only eats grilled steak to the Indian food afficiando will love this place. Staff was warm and welcoming. In a world of chain restaurants serving poorly cooked processed crap, we need more places like this. Delicious, fresh, healthy food with character. Don't know what you are missing. BYOB.“

The portions are more than other places I've been and already come with vegetables.Garlic Butter sauce was the best sauce I've ever had in my life. “I should have looked at the pictures and read the reviews on this, but the gyro platter that came with "fries" was what i was told. I expected a typical gyro sandwich you know folded in a pita with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and tzatziki, side of French fries...this is what I got. Disappointed. Revised ton4 stars only for food taste though, as it was still very tasty. Would have preferred the more traditional sandwich instead of the mess of the deconstructed version.“

“We were there for dinner on Valentine’s Day. The atmosphere was great, loved that we could bring our own wine, and had great service. The filet mignon, Bob’s seafood, bread and dessert were all phenomenal. The only thing we wouldn’t recommend is the lobster bisque. It didn’t quite the hit the mark and had no pieces of actual lobster in it. Everything overall was wonderful though!“

“I know that I write a lot of 5 star reviews but I promise that the prime burger was outstanding. I’m pretty picky about burgers. Usually places will put so much on the burger because the burger has no taste but thisssss was so good. It had a bacon jam on it. What else is there to say.Tyler was our waiter and he was attentive. I have only good things to say about him.The hostess was nice as well.My friend got the falafel and she really enjoyed it as well.The bathroom is great. It has great lighting. The trash can is a the perfect place for when you open the bathroom door with the paper towel you can just throw the towel in the trash. “Let me start by saying I love the food at The Halal Guys so much that I ate there pretty much 4/4 nights a week for a year straight after work before trimming it back. I've never done that with any other restaurant. The gentleman I spoke to leaving the restaurant the other night said he drove 40 minutes to come enjoy the food. All of the food is very fresh. They are always cooking fresh chicken and beef. All the veggies are a great addition to the platter along with the fresh rice that is always being replenished. The hummus is very good and when you add the chili based hot sauce and mix it up, it's heaven. For those who can't handle the heat, there's their very popular "white sauce". King of Prussia is always very busy. Please do not let "Bobby Bobby" deter you from going to The Halal guys. He clearly doesn't understand the restaurant business......no crime. Look at his bowl. It has chicken and rice ONLY. Evidently he thinks since he is afraid of eating veggies that the rest of his bowl should be filled with extra meat. Sorry Bobby Bobby; that is not how any restaurant works. This place gives a ton of food. I rarely finish my small bowl and have never ordered a large one. In this business you could have the best product and location but take away top notch customer service and a highly dedicated GM/owner and get ready for your "Grand Closing". Caesar has been the GM at KOP for years now and I've never seen him have a bad day. He always has a smile on his face and treats all of his customers with the utmost respect. His customer service is exceptional. This is extremely rare. How do I know this? 35 years in the restaurant industry. Hail Caesar!!“
