“I’m no fan of sushi, so I can’t speak to that, but I LOVE hot-and-sour soup. I’ve been disappointed with the soup at several other restaurants in the area, but Wild Ginger’s version of it is PHENOMENAL! Loaded with wonderful stock and truly having a sour taste with a subtle kick of spicy. (It’s surprising how many restaurants do not have both.) I could have made a meal out of it. Will definitely be back.“

“My husband and I love going to this establishment. We love the breakfast. It is always crowded, but the staff are extremely professional and kind. The owner is not shy to get into the fold of washing down tables and sitting his customers. There are so many options for dinner too. The waitresses are always polite and make us feel welcomed. “Firstly I want to say that our server was AMAZING. We didnt get her name but she was blond, middle aged, glasses, sweet and I think I may have detected a possible accent? Seriously, she knew the menu and even told us they would make anything we wanted whether or not it was on the menu. She was attentive and nice and we compensated her for that accordingly with our tip. So the food, I mean it's run of the mill, maybe. It's out of cans or frozen for sure which we very much anticipated I guess. I got the country fried steak with 2 eggs, and my husband got two egg with peaches and corned beef hash. Both my steak and his hash were a bit reminiscent of dog food looks wise. Neither had good color, crisp or appropriate type of heat applied that would make you think they were cooked at the appropriate temp for the right time. Kind of just mooshy and lifeless. Also, hubs isn't feeling so hot digestive wise and reading past reviews, that looks to be a thing here? UPDATE: Now I too have intestinal issues and hour after eating here. Great. Thanks guys! ugh. It is what it is, but the prices were steep for a side of diarrhea to go along with that nude colored food, is all Im saying. Also, the blond curly haired woman who seems like a "manager" has some serious resting you know what face. Shes just outright rude too. Like she has a hard time playing well with others. When we'd watch her make eye contact with someone she would fake smile, then immediately roll her eyes behind their back when they turned away. To everyone, no matter the circumstances. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Keep your emotions off of your face if you want to work with the public. She approached our table to replace the menues and I kinda got the chills. Once I started watching, I saw who she was very clearly. I cannot be the only one who's seen this behavior and it's one of the few reasons we won't be back.“

“Must have just-by-chance stopped by at the same time as another loyal customer. Witnessed the absolute joy of a little boy picking out a BLUE Gatorade that the lady of the resturant ordered to stock her cooler here specially for him. It was a gift to be in the resturant at that time and made my day. Thankyou.

“I am a local truck driver. As I finished my last delivery almost 2 hours from home. I google “subs near me”. This place popped up. Wasn’t too far out of my way. And I didn’t have a trailer so I went off to find this place. (Small shops are the best in my opinion), the Italian sub on a fresh baked roll was amazing. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area. “It's an old school feel type restaurant mostly older folks. The waitress and other people working were very nice they checked on me consistently. The interior of the restaurant is very very bland. Other than that the food came out in about 8 minutes and it was great the pancakes were nice and big the bacon was cooked perfect and she kept filling up my coffee.“

“We went on 2/8/25. Staying at the Hampton inn for a dance comp. Our waiter, unfortunately l, didn’t catch his name was absolutely AMAZING! More people kept getting added to our party, he, without hesitation, added more tables and chairs. He took our orders and separated the checks without us even asking. He just really went above and beyond and was amazing! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Thank you again! Food and drinks were 10/10!“

But hadn't frequented the white rose after they went to a more upscale setting, my old high school homie suggested we go there and after we got seated I found out his out of town visit was for a death in his family that he assumed I knew about but I did not... now your staff being as great as you guys are and the food made this bad personal experience for us very nice otherwise, and it made me feel I may visit again sometime for lunch and a cold 🍺“

“If you just looking for a normal 2 egg breakfast with coffee you can't go wrong here. The food is consistent and good usually. I go here often enough and I have had days where things where off but then again I've had that happen everywhere . The food here is good , good price, and the staff is friendly and fast.“

“The Cove has been one of our top 3 restaurants for years. No doubt I would still recommend them to anyone BUT we were there on Friday and I was SO disappointed. They changed their fries! They used to be so crispy and good, double fried (I'm guessing) in peanut oil. Now they're just ordinary. I'm not generally a big fan of fries, but I loved theirs. “This restaurant has the best pizza, the sauce is great and they use real/ authentic mozzarella cheese, the crust has a wonderful taste, we have had the margarita woodfire and regular pizza, also the cheesesteak stromboli is amazing, very good quality meat. We have been looking for authentic Italian food for a long time and we finally found it, would give more stars if I could.“

I don’t normally write reviews but we have been getting food from them for so long and it makes me sad to see negative reviews for World Grills. This place has AMAZING food and the service is always polite and friendly. People forget businesses can run things however they want and the rules are very clear with the several signs you pass by to go inside. We will always love this place and it will always be our go-to for food (especially the excellent vegan options and the curry that is TO DIE FOR) ❤️“

“My husband and I were talking about how we couldn’t find a pizza place around here that was satisfying anymore… until we came across Nino’s Pizza! Nino’s Pizza has become our favorite place to go for a slice of pie! Their pizza is amazing quality and always looks presentable! I highly recommend the buffalo chicken pizza, veggie pizza, and cheese pizza as they will absolutely bring you satisfaction and hunger for more!! I also deeply recommend you try one of their subs as they make their bread from SCRATCH!! Fries are delicious too. I have yet to get an order that didn’t satisfy me and my husband leaves just as fulfilled! I will also point out that the staff is very welcoming and creates a relationship with you and overall provides a very satisfying atmosphere. We will be back! 🤤 Yummy! 🤤“

“Visiting York from out of town. I had an inch to eat some Stromboli like one does in Pennsylvania. We were lucky enough Shakey Jakes was open until 11. My team and I visited and most of us ordered a Boli. We were told a small would feed one person. So I ordered a large. Holy Stromboli, this thing was huge. I only got through half but I brought it home so I can enjoy it for the next two days. It was so good I felt like it was sent from heaven above. This was EASILY the best food I have ever eaten in Pennsylvania. I can't recommend Shakey Jakes enough. Can't wait to go there again in 3 days when I finally finish my large Boli.“
