“I’m no fan of sushi, so I can’t speak to that, but I LOVE hot-and-sour soup. I’ve been disappointed with the soup at several other restaurants in the area, but Wild Ginger’s version of it is PHENOMENAL! Loaded with wonderful stock and truly having a sour taste with a subtle kick of spicy. (It’s surprising how many restaurants do not have both.) I could have made a meal out of it. Will definitely be back.“

“Round The Clock Diner Stopped in on Saturday morning at the West York Pa. Round The Clock Diner to have breakfast. This place was just about full. It was neat, organized, and clean. We got seated right away and they took or drink order. Their coffee was hot and good. They then took or food order. I got 2 eggs, 3 sausages, Home Fries and Rye Toast. My wife got a Belgium Waffle covered in fresh Strawberries. Our order came out fast and looked good. It was hot, tasty, and large portions. My eggs were done perfect and everything on my plate was good. They even buttered my Rye Toast. My wife’s Belgium Waffle was very good, and the fresh strawberries were fresh. We have eaten at this place many times in the past and they have good food, give you large portions at great price. You really can’t go wrong dinning here. “I was seated to my table quickly, but it did take several minutes for a server to get to my table. However, once my server got there, she was very friendly and professional, and the food was delivered in a timely manner.

Loved the Lyndon Nachos. It was one of the better nacho dishes I have had in a restaurant, and the Blue Mushroom Burger was great, too.

Overall, it is a great place, right off Route 30, and, if given the chance, I would go back.“

“I am a local truck driver. As I finished my last delivery almost 2 hours from home. I google “subs near me”. This place popped up. Wasn’t too far out of my way. And I didn’t have a trailer so I went off to find this place. (Small shops are the best in my opinion), the Italian sub on a fresh baked roll was amazing. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area. “Must have just-by-chance stopped by at the same time as another loyal customer. Witnessed the absolute joy of a little boy picking out a BLUE Gatorade that the lady of the resturant ordered to stock her cooler here specially for him. It was a gift to be in the resturant at that time and made my day. Thankyou.

“Fantastic food. Fresh, delicious, and of course greasy. It's a pizza joint. That's what makes it good!

Good subs and garlic knots too.

Atmosphere is a 3. Good place to dine-in. We came in just after the lunch rush so I understand the messiness. What I saw were dirty tables, walls, and floors. Trash in the parking lot. But there was ample seating.

There was a 2 minute wait and the person who took our order was wonderful.

There are many vegetarian options, as well.

Plenty of parking.

“This restaurant is Excellent in Every category! I have Never had a bad meal at this restaurant. The food is just as great as the view overlooking the golf course. There is plenty of seating, a large game room and many options! The bathrooms are clean and the waiters and waitresses are excellent! Honestly, I don’t know how anyone could knock this place. “We went on 2/8/25. Staying at the Hampton inn for a dance comp. Our waiter, unfortunately l, didn’t catch his name was absolutely AMAZING! More people kept getting added to our party, he, without hesitation, added more tables and chairs. He took our orders and separated the checks without us even asking. He just really went above and beyond and was amazing! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Thank you again! Food and drinks were 10/10!“

“It's an old school feel type restaurant mostly older folks. The waitress and other people working were very nice they checked on me consistently. The interior of the restaurant is very very bland. Other than that the food came out in about 8 minutes and it was great the pancakes were nice and big the bacon was cooked perfect and she kept filling up my coffee.“

I go here often enough and I have had days where things where off but then again I've had that happen everywhere . The food here is good , good price, and the staff is friendly and fast.“

“This restaurant has the best pizza, the sauce is great and they use real/ authentic mozzarella cheese, the crust has a wonderful taste, we have had the margarita woodfire and regular pizza, also the cheesesteak stromboli is amazing, very good quality meat. We have been looking for authentic Italian food for a long time and we finally found it, would give more stars if I could.“

“I work for Able-services and today my group had a lunch outing. Upon our arrival we were greeted and sat right a way. Lauren was our server and she was great with my participants helping and talking them through what the cost of their meals would be before tax and tips, so they could stay within their allotted budget. She was very attentive to us making sure we had everything we needed and upon paying she made sure to have separate bills for each of us, giving 1:1 attention to each one as we paid. So a Big Thank You to Lauren for myself and Able-services today.“

“Been going here for years and finally got to take my family out for their first ever hibachi experience. We all loved it. Just as amazing as ever. I'll always continue to recommend this place to fellow hibachi/sushi lovers.... Total spend with an added tip to our chef was around $320 and we had plenty to take home for later!“

“Food is absolutely outstanding, and service is top-notch. The waitress working was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was perfect. Absolutely a must-go for anybody visiting the city and is (clearly, based on the people talking in the restaurant) a great place for locals.

EDIT: I would also like to add about other reviews. A good number of the one star reviews stem from customers complaining about the restaurant policies. This is disappointing, because the policies listed are incredibly reasonable.
1) No outside food or drink. How people are mad at this one is beyond me. This is a no-brainer for basic restaurant etiquette.
2) Charge for restroom without meal purchase. This only arises when a group tried to use the bathroom without paying for a meal. Standard practice in pretty much any bigger city / local place.
3)Minimum purchase required. In order to make high-quality food, you need high-quality ingredients. These cost a lot of money. The quality here definitely justifies it, and this is also a standard practice in many places as well.
4)No speakerphone usage. C’mon guys, nobody wants to hear your private conversations. Not the guests, nor the staff.
5) 20% gratuity charge on dine-in. Also pretty reasonable considering the low cost and quality of the food and is (again) standard practice in many places.

In conclusion, I personally feel that many of the 1-star reviews are completely unwarranted.“
