I’ve been disappointed with the soup at several other restaurants in the area, but Wild Ginger’s version of it is PHENOMENAL! Loaded with wonderful stock and truly having a sour taste with a subtle kick of spicy. (It’s surprising how many restaurants do not have both.) I could have made a meal out of it. Will definitely be back.“

“Update 2+ years later.. more words. Quality is just as good as our first time here. The fried chicken is maybe the greatest on the planet. Crispy outside, juicy inside like something that you'd see in an advertisement - but you actually get it. I had the steak, tenders, broccoli casserole and mashed. I didn't need all that food but I couldn't stop eating. Heather is a freaking machine behind the bar and the staff is a well oiled machine. Will definitely be back sooner rather than later this time. Becky’s Kitchen is truly one of the homiest, most welcoming little eateries you’ll ever step into! I had been here for lunch a few years ago, but my husband had never experienced it, so we decided to stop in for breakfast—and wow, am I glad we did.

The menu is wonderfully abundant for such a small, quaint place. Everything we ordered was fantastic. The pancake was the fluffiest we have ever had. The egg scramble—mine was the chicken, ham, and cheese—was absolutely delicious. The breakfast potatoes with onions were super flavorful and cooked perfectly. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. And I absolutely love the self-serve coffee and tea bar—such a cozy touch!

We also peeked at the lunch menu and already know we’ll be back soon so my husband can try it out next. Becky’s Kitchen is a must-visit spot, whether you’re local or just passing through. Highly, highly recommended!“

“I chose this place for pizza because of the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. It was my first time here, and Nathan greeted me with a smile and a pleasant demeanor. He took my order for a pepperoni pizza. However, when my pizza was served, it did not have pepperoni on it as I thought I had ordered. The young lady who brought my food out (also very nice) clearly showed me that my receipt was for a cheese pizza. No big deal, as the pizza looked delicious and I was hungry. No more than 5 minutes went by when Nathan came to my table with a complimentary cannoli. He apologized for me not having a pepperoni pizza. Customer service above and beyond! The pizza was excellent. I will return.“

“We went on 2/8/25. Staying at the Hampton inn for a dance comp. Our waiter, unfortunately l, didn’t catch his name was absolutely AMAZING! More people kept getting added to our party, he, without hesitation, added more tables and chairs. He took our orders and separated the checks without us even asking. He just really went above and beyond and was amazing! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Thank you again! Food and drinks were 10/10!“

“This was a great find for a Friday night when we were trying to eat out with a group. The menu was extensive and we had several items we wanted to try. I had the French dip sandwich and fries and it was delicious. We also ordered the salmon, burger, and the grilled crab and cheese sandwich. All delicious. The burger was a bit overdone as it was ordered medium, but still tasted fine. Service was friendly and attentive and food came pretty quickly for a busy night. We would recommend!“

“It's an old school feel type restaurant mostly older folks. The waitress and other people working were very nice they checked on me consistently. The interior of the restaurant is very very bland. Other than that the food came out in about 8 minutes and it was great the pancakes were nice and big the bacon was cooked perfect and she kept filling up my coffee.“

But hadn't frequented the white rose after they went to a more upscale setting, my old high school homie suggested we go there and after we got seated I found out his out of town visit was for a death in his family that he assumed I knew about but I did not... now your staff being as great as you guys are and the food made this bad personal experience for us very nice otherwise, and it made me feel I may visit again sometime for lunch and a cold 🍺“

“The Cove has been one of our top 3 restaurants for years. No doubt I would still recommend them to anyone BUT we were there on Friday and I was SO disappointed. They changed their fries! They used to be so crispy and good, double fried (I'm guessing) in peanut oil. Now they're just ordinary. I'm not generally a big fan of fries, but I loved theirs. I so hope they bring them back! ❤️“

I go here often enough and I have had days where things where off but then again I've had that happen everywhere . The food here is good , good price, and the staff is friendly and fast.“

My team and I visited and most of us ordered a Boli. We were told a small would feed one person. So I ordered a large. Holy Stromboli, this thing was huge. I only got through half but I brought it home so I can enjoy it for the next two days. It was so good I felt like it was sent from heaven above. This was EASILY the best food I have ever eaten in Pennsylvania. I can't recommend Shakey Jakes enough. Can't wait to go there again in 3 days when I finally finish my large Boli.“
