“Five Guys in Greensburg, PA, is the most impressive fast food restaurant I've ever been to. There's only one other fast food restaurant I enjoy, but Five Guys has been consistently CLEAN and I'll only return to them. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food never disappoints. I've been wanting to write a review for a while now, and I'm glad I waited, proving continuously that the service and cleanliness is consistent. Kudos to the employees and whoever's in charge!“

“I went to enjoy dinner and their indoor play place tonight with my two young boys. The manager who took my order was so kind. She talked to my boys and carried our tray of food to the room as I had my hands full. She even noticed I didn't have napkins and went and grabbed us some. It made my night. “Counter staff could be much friendlier. The lady checking out customers was VERY short tempered and impatient when my family and others were ordering. We were only giving our orders like normal, nothing slow about the order, so to be rushed and so rudely dealt with was un called for. Other people in line were commenting on how rude she was, so on a funnier note, we all were joining in on the eye rolls and head shakes.I normally only leave positive reviews for businesses, as I understand how difficult it is working with the public, but this lady was truly incorrigible.“

Vegetarian options: No vegetarian menu but I believe there's a few items that would fall in to that category.“

“This was the first LJS that I've seen since relocating to PA and as soon as I saw it, I had to have some. I got the 2 fish 1 chicken 3 shrimp platter with fries and coleslaw. I had about a 15 min drive home, and was impressed on how hot it still was. The waffle fries were a nice surprise and I still think that LJS coleslaw is the best I've ever had!“

“I had put an order in on the app yesterday for two chicken cantina tacos and when I got to the window they told me my order wasn't there. I looked on my app and it said order received and your order is ready. We couldn't figure out what the problem was and I know they have to go by their protocol and wait for the order to pop in. Needless to say I was tired of waiting a few minutes and just left. As I turned out of the parking lot and waited at the red light, I saw the manager running from the store to my car and he told me that he had made the tacos and sorry for the inconvenience. This is the definition of going above and beyond and was a great display of customer service. Kudos to the manager and their team for making the customer feel appreciated. Keep up the good work.“

“I been looking for a place that sells popcorn since Target got rid of their snack bar. My brother was out with friends and passed this place as it was closed it is expected since in was 10 o clock at night. Every time I passed it in a car it seemed closed as well. I would like to know when you are actually opened because I would definitely get some popcorn if I knew when I cpuld.“

“I would give 10 stars if I could. I was rushing after work and super frustrated. The girl who gave me my online order didn't realize it wasn't finished. Another coworker (possibly management) came over and helped and explained to the young coworker what happened. She made sure I was taken care of during a frustrating moment for me and was kind and patient with the young worker. The staff was incredible and helped make my night better. I am terribly sorry for letting my frustration out I am always a huge fan of the taco bell staff.“

“Very delicious food. My pizza was made exactly how I like it, and my kids love their breadsticks too. Staff is very pleasant and helpful if I have questions or inquiring about deals. Been eating here for years with never any issues. Glad they are opened back up at full hours. Give them a chance and you'll be happy! I've ordered with door dash a few times to recieve food, and any issues I've had with food being late or cold has always been a doordash issue, after discussing with pizza hut. If there is no driver to accept then you can't blame pizza hut. Shame they got rid of their own drivers but that's corporate for you.“
