“Be prepared for a bit of a wait because the restaurant is not very big but it's worth it. They serve a small menu of many variations of dumplings and side dishes. There's even lunch size portions if you're not hungry. Classic dumplings are only like $13/10 which is a good price these days. So get in line and get ready to enjoy some of the best in the city.“

“Had Combo 1 with edamame at Nouille de Lan Zhou, and everything was spot on! The noodles were wonderfully bouncy, and the soup broth was rich and delicious. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic, hand-pulled noodles in Montreal.“

“This is a great place for authentic Northern Chinese food. The dumplings are delicious and juicy, and the service is great. Highly recommended if you want to try authentic Chinese food in a cozy place. Close to the Metro station so very tourist friendly.“

“Staff are very nice and if you ask for the duck not to be chopped up, they'll do it for you, you can even ask for a different meat in place of the duck or pork with the 2 meat combo. The food portions are perfect for 1 person, definitely filling. On average, we go there at least 6 times or more a month.“

“my wife and I were there last night. 05/25/24. first time there and it was excellent the service was great friendly and very helpful to explain the menu. The food was fantastic fresh hot and so tasty along with a couple of cold beers no complaints will definitely go back again. and not to expensive actually very reasonable. 5 stars.“

“I truly enjoyed the shrimps fried rice, pepper and salt shrimps super crispy and tasty. I was curious about the beef in coconut sauce and I am glad I tried it. This was a great money spent. Perfect for two people. Quantity was quite generous, except the beef and coconut like sauce had too much veggies and less beef. In all, it was a money well spent and great experience. Thank you Wok Cafe.“

“If i could give this a higher rating, I would! This was my wife and my first meal after flying in from Saskatchewan and it did not disappoint. The soup dumplings are rolled fresh (in front of you if its busy) and everything is of very high quality. Their setup to steam the dumplings looks like it uses some kind of custom waterfall steaming setup as well. Everything here was so good we had to buy a shirt! Whether you're having soup dumplings for the first time or the 100th time, petit poisson is worth a visit!“

“English version follows Lotus Bleu est mon restaurant préféré à Montréal. Je suis chinoise et chaque fois que je viens ici pour manger, j'ai l'impression que je suis chez moi. Les plats ici sont vraiment authentiques. Mon plat "nouilles de haricots en cristal" est mon préféré! Lotus bleu is my favorite restaurant in Montreal. I am Chinese. Whenever I come here to eat, I feel like home. The dishes here are really authentic. My favorite dish is Crystal bean noodles.“

“A hidden gem. We enjoyed the dumplings smothered in peanut sauce very much. The shrimp pad thai used wide noodles and had a little heat, different than what we are accustomed to from home and quite tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to travelers and locals.“

“Nice grab n go spot. The chicken and beef skewers are both tender and well-seasoned. The spicy chicken burger was not at all spicy but still very good nonetheless. The fries were very crispy and well-seasoned. Really good deal, getting 4 skewers and a chicken burger combo for under $24. Service was fairly quick too, and the staff are very nice.“

“Food was topp, got the salt and pepper calamari (10/10), pig intestines (9/10) a bit too oily, and beef & broccoli (8/10).
The staff was friendly and insisted we didn’t tip because we got takeout which I found nice. Also the pug is super cute and friendly.“

“I was so excited to go to this place and it did not disappoint. I got 3 buns. A bbq, green tea paste and a brown sugar red bean paste. I loved that they had so many options and with cute decorations. All of them were amazing. Best buns I’ve ever had! I also got a kiwi bubble tea which was delicious. I can’t wait to come back and try more!“

“In truth, I don't understand the bad opinions about this fast food, because frankly when I eat their general tao chicken menu, I'm more than full even though I'm a big eater. Their noodles are excellent for fast food and their honey general tao is the best thing there is.“
