I had a really great experience overall with this restaurant. Initially, we had a hiccup with our order. Not only was this resteraunt so quick and attentive to a customer reaching out, they went above and beyond to make it up to us and have us happy and feeling like valued customers. I really have to praise this level of customer service and care for customers. You don't always encounter that with some resteraunts in my past experience, so it was such a pleasant surprise. As a final point, be careful letting the pizza get cold! Having had this multiple times it tastes amazing hot but the difference when cold is stark. The cheese makes it feel very stiff in comparison to other pizza when cold. Have it fresh, or, if you must, reheat no matter what.“

Called the phone line found on google and the response was essentially.. since you ordered on uber there is nothing we can do but tell someone... so I did that and told Ottawa Public Health Fyi to anyone who orders from toppers in stittsville UPDATE: ottawa public health has done an investigation and has determined that the most likely source of the object was from one of their suppliers. The business is contacting other businesses and reaching out to their suppliers to notify them that this has occurred. There is also a possibility that this could have occurred from the driver that delivered the food. While I am still not satirist wth the response from corporate I would like to point out that the blame does not appear to be on the individual store itself.“
