“Lovely, inviting place. The best grilled smoked meat and cheese sandwich on the planet! We went everyday on our visit to Montreal and I recommend this place to locals and visitors alike. Ask Romain for a lavender London Fog and you will not be disappointed!“

“Started last Friday’s day off with a stop at the amazing Cafe dei Campi. Fully veganized Italian pastries and small pizzas. Soups and salads too but I stuck to the Italian specialties. Hazelnut filled tortellini melt in your mouth pastries. Amarettis and Biscotti. The essential Italian cafe’s big espresso machine which makes the perfect double espresso with the layer of crema and their cappuccino with perfect foam. Accompanied with a flaky delicious cornetto, it felt like heaven. Much chatting with my friend and a necessary second cornetto and espresso completed our visit by closing time. We had lucked out with a table. Had a great rest of the day that right from the start, arriving at the cafe there was a couple with their little boy wearing a Metallica t-shirt. Of course I had to comment, he was so cute and responsive to my speaking to him. And found out he’s a true fan of heavy metal music, this beautiful 4 year old boy named Sandro. So the day was pretty perfect.🖤“

“Charming cozy cafe with quaint seating areas throughout and even a little loft area with dining room table. Great place to work and have a coffee drink or grab breakfast. The yogurt parfait was perfect (low sugar Greek yogurt with honey drizzled on top) as were the cottage cheese pancakes.“

“Cute coffee shop/ coffee roaster. They have a huge variety but the coffee is very pricey. I asked a few questions and the person at the cash was rude and told me all the prices varied and didn’t offer to help me find anything. I think some price tags on the bags could be helpful, as only the bags of 1 brand around 40$ + have prices listed.
I ended up picking a 30$ 350g bag, a bit pricey but is very good coffee; worth the price but not necessarily my daily coffee budget. If you need a specialty coffee this is the spot.
They have a nice seating area, great location next to the canal to take coffee roaster go for a walk.“

“Le Café Maison Chabot, c’est ce genre d’endroit qu’on découvre une fois… et qu’on n’oublie jamais. Niché au bout de la rue Chabot dans le Plateau Est, ce petit café de quartier est un véritable bijou culinaire. Dès qu’on entre, on est accueilli avec chaleur et bienveillance par une équipe souriante, attentionnée et passionnée. Le service est tout simplement exemplaire — on se sent chez soi. Le menu est court, mais chaque plat est maîtrisé avec soin. La tarte aux tomates du Québec est une merveille : pâte feuilletée parfaite, tomates savoureuses, cheddar vieilli, le tout relevé d’herbes de Provence... un pur plaisir. La quiche aux épinards est douce et ensoleillée, et les viennoiseries? Un festival de textures et de parfums : croissants, chocolatines, financiers... tout est fait maison, frais du jour. Que vous veniez pour un brunch entre amis, un latté réconfortant ou un panier de douceurs à emporter, vous serez charmé à coup sûr. L’ambiance est lumineuse, familiale, inclusive et apaisante. L’endroit est aussi accessible à tous, avec des toilettes non genrées et des aménagements pour personnes à mobilité réduite. Mention spéciale au personnel : leur bonne humeur est contagieuse et leur souci du détail fait toute la différence. On sent l’amour derrière chaque geste. Une adresse à découvrir, redécouvrir, et recommander les yeux fermés!“

“J’ai vraiment adoré mon expérience à la Cafeteria Olimpico. J’ai commandé un cappuccino et un pain au chocolat, et c’était tout simplement délicieux. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, le personnel super accueillant, et le style un peu antique du lieu ajoute un charme unique. C’est la première fois que je ressens un tel coup de cœur pour un café. Je recommande vivement 🥰“

“I don’t usually eat dessert, but my girlfriend really wanted 👺👺👺SoMeThInG SwEeT👺👺👺 and oh my god 😍 We got the lotus/biscoff and another order with Nutella and fruit and dang, I am a firm believer in the power of miniature Dutch pancakes now. Not sure why or how this place could even get a bad review because these little fluffy sweets are absolute perfection. If I had to tame a wild beast, I would bring it here.“

“Wow, the coffee here is delicious! It was so good to have this spot right next to our hotel. The staff were super friendly and took the time to explain the different types of espresso they offer. I got the overnight oats, which were good. The only downside is that their to-go packaging, especially for iced drinks, could be better. Overall, it’s a really cool spot to grab coffee and get some work done.“

“This is my favorite cafe in the city. They have fresh baked goods and delicious sandwiches everyday and the best coffee ☕ I've been able to find. I go as often as possible and would recommend it to anyone. It's run by two brothers and their mother from Italy and they have a small staff who are all very nice and the place is very clean and well managed. I have several dietary restrictions and they're very attentive about it. I've never had a bad experience and I look forward to many more visits.“

“I’ve passed by this little ice cream shop so many times but there’s always a huge line, finally got to try it! I ordered chocolate with amaretto and vanilla with raspberry, and both were super creamy and tasted homemade. Not overly sweet, just the way I like it!
My partner got the vanilla milkshake and loved it too. Highly recommend!“

“While walking in the Avenue Mont-Royal and looking for a new cafe, I found this little cafe outside of the avenue and give it a try. The place is small but cute. It gives the local cafe feeling and the atmosphere is good too with the wooden aesthetic and interior. The latte tastes good and not burn and I might give it a try with the matcha and chai latte since it seems to be the most popular in here with the food. There are also seats in outdoor for those that want to hangout in the outside too.“

“Lovely place to have brunch. The ricotta pancakes were phenomenal, generous and incredibly fluffy. The atmosphere in the cafe is delightful and the staff friendly. The coffee (I believe I had a flat white) was delicious to the point where I had another.
I would recommend and go back in a heartbeat.“

“Went there when they opened at 7:30am on a weekday. Soon there was a queue so it’s not difficult to tell how popular they are.
Ordered a flat white and was pleasantly surprised by the coffee itself (trust me I’ve tasted so much burnt coffees in my life) and their croissant is more of the European type. Can tell they focus a lot on quality.“

“service exceptionnel de Fabien au centre-ville de Montréal et de ses collègues. Nourriture et vin succulents, seul petit bémol , le risotto était plutôt tiède. mais quand même une très bonne note ! Merci nous avons passé un excellent moment pour notre 8e anniversaire de mariage !“
