Service & Vibe: The staff here is consistently friendly and efficient, even when there’s a lineup. The open-kitchen concept is fun because you can actually watch your puffs being made and glazed to order. It’s always clean, bright, and has a great energy.

“We were at the Brossard location. 9am Saturday, no waiting line. Nice, dynamic ambiance. Tables distribution excellent, not to close each other, places for solo, couples and groups. The attendants were very polite and well informed. Prices are competitive. They are different, with their own style. Not mass coffee serving, good quality of ingredients. Presentation of plates need improvement. I'll go back.“

“The people that works there are amazing people! Every one of them just shows professionalism, teamwork and just joy as they work together and have fun! My wife is the one that always orders from Starbucks, but my review and my stars goes to the people that works there.

Great vibe, Great people that works there, and great coffee and service because of them.“

“Owner is so kind and knowledgeable. Takes his time explaining how to properly prepare your tea and the properties of said tea. Also offers a free tasting which is incredible! Aside from tea, he also carries multiple handmade clay tea pots which are on the pricier side but definitely something worth saving up for and potentially splurging on! Will be going back for sure!!!“

“The morning team was actually working. That is a first. They were having fun while working. Store is spotless. Employees cleaning theyr station regulary.... during the 2 mintutes I was there.Unlike several restaurants i visited where the employees are chilling instead of working, leaving the store dirty.
