The Signature Puffs: The star of the show is, of course, the puffs. They are always served hot and fresh, with a perfect crisp on the outside and a light, airy center. I love that they have so many topping options, from classic honey and cinnamon to more indulgent glazes like hazelnut chocolate or caramel. The fact that they are vegan and lactose-free without sacrificing flavor is a huge plus!
The Baklava Tornado (A Game Changer!): You have to try the Baklava Tornado. It is a brilliant fusion of their creamy soft-serve ice cream blended with generous, crunchy pieces of authentic baklava. The contrast between the cold, smooth ice cream and the flaky, honey-drenched pastry is incredible. It’s refreshing, unique, and easily one of the best frozen desserts I’ve had recently.
Service & Vibe: The staff here is consistently friendly and efficient, even when there’s a lineup. The open-kitchen concept is fun because you can actually watch your puffs being made and glazed to order. It’s always clean, bright, and has a great energy.

“Amazing micro-brewery with a vast selection of home brewed beers. They also have some very nicely designed merch. Large indoor space, but the outdoor patio really is what sets Messorem apart. At least a dozen oicnic tables available all year long. They are located at approx 50meters from the nicest bike path in town (Canal Lachine), which makes them a must-stop during a summer bike trip. The ambiance is super friendly, and they accept kids. No reason not to go!
Only downside is they dont have table service.“

“We were at the Brossard location. 9am Saturday, no waiting line. Nice, dynamic ambiance. Tables distribution excellent, not to close each other, places for solo, couples and groups. The attendants were very polite and well informed. Prices are competitive. They are different, with their own style. Not mass coffee serving, good quality of ingredients. Presentation of plates need improvement. I'll go back.“

“Went for lunch and it was a great experience. The menu did not change at all since this summer though, so I think it is nice to experience, but it doesn’t offer much variety if you come multiple times. Had lunch 3 times in 3 different months and all 3 times it was the same menu. Great food, beautiful presentation, would love to try it for dinner too, I am sure it is a completely different experience!“

“Cute coffee shop/ coffee roaster. They have a huge variety but the coffee is very pricey. I asked a few questions and the person at the cash was rude and told me all the prices varied and didn’t offer to help me find anything. I think some price tags on the bags could be helpful, as only the bags of 1 brand around 40$ + have prices listed.
I ended up picking a 30$ 350g bag, a bit pricey but is very good coffee; worth the price but not necessarily my daily coffee budget. If you need a specialty coffee this is the spot.
They have a nice seating area, great location next to the canal to take coffee roaster go for a walk.“

“I use to go to this restaurant, I love the food and the vibes. Last 5 times the sauces (onglet, fish, poulet) are too salty, maybe in the reduction sauce process the sauces become salty, still delicious but a little bit less of salt would be great.“

“I finally tried this very hyped restaurant. It is worth it. We got lucky on a cold Sunday at 13h there was barely any wait. The service was very quick. The menu is quite small but they master what’s on there. You get to pick your noodle size (6 choices). The portions are HUGE and the price very fair.“

Takoyaki, gyoza, kimchi and the mackerel was great ! Also tried the duck tataki, it was succulent and very flavorful! Karrage bites were big and the sauce was amazing. It was the first time I tried hot sake and it was fun to play the cup game with the host. This place can get super busy so its best to make reservations. “I’m disabled and found it easy to walk into the place. It wasn’t overly crowded but had enough people to make it feel very lively! I started with the tortilla soup, then had the fish tacos and to drink I tried the strawberry Jarritos and a sip of their margarita which I’d have again on a warm day ☀️ Everything was delicious, the staff was patient and courteous. I felt very comfortable and I’m already planning my next visit for the springtime!“
