“It's hard to describe just how good the Pho was. I told the owner we have enjoyed Pho for about 25 years, and this was the best. Ever. End.Of.Food.Review. The place is tiny, with maybe 6-8 tables, perfectly spotless, and does a big takeout business. The couple at the table beside ours had Banh Mi sandwiches and I regret not getting 4 of them to take back to our hotel. We were on holiday visiting from Ontario.“

“I've been here about ten times and I can safely say it's the best chicken soup I've had in my life. Truly fantastic, the broth is bursting with flavour, the chicken is always well cooked, and the soup is loaded with veggies. If I was forced to pick, the chicken soup here would be my last meal.“

“The lemongrass tofu was good and salty enough to accompany the rest. We stayed for a long time to talk and it was good for that during the week.
I wanted to tofu sandwich and they recommend me the bowl instead. I am vegetarian and the waiter was very attentive to not give me fish sauce and suggest me maybe peanuts and soy sauce for the bowl. I appreciated that!
My family said the food with meat was really good and they know their Vietnamese food since they grew up there.“

“I’ve been here twice now, and honestly, this is one of the best restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of visiting in town. Both experiences were consistently excellent, which is not always easy to find.
The service is friendly, attentive, and professional, and the food is served quickly while still arriving fresh, hot, and well prepared. The restaurant itself has a nice, calm atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a meal without feeling rushed or overwhelmed by noise.
One thing I really appreciate is the consistency. I added two photos of the same type of meal to show that the quality and presentation have remained excellent over time. One photo is from August and the other is from December, and you can see that the meal looks just as fresh and well prepared in both.
Overall, I’m very impressed with this place. Great food, fast and friendly service, a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, and most importantly, consistent quality. Definitely a well-deserved 5-star experience. I would absolutely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, quality meal in town.“

“This unassuming place has been a favorite for over 20 years - and in that time it lost none of the bustling vibe nor the allure and quality of its food. I have to come clean: I should speak only about the spring rolls (so fresh!) and the BBQ Chicken soup, because try as I might I can't get myself to order any of the other tempting dishes, because I need my fix. It is aromatic, the chicken succulent, and overall perfect. I treck here for this. And despite the bustling atmosphere, it is soothing and relaxing to boot.“

“Excellent experience! We came back two nights in a row because it was so good. We tried the tuna, salmon, and tempura shrimp poke, plus the spring roll. Everything was delicious with very generous portions for fair prices. The staff was very kind and always smiling. Highly recommended!“

“I tried two of their Vietnamese sandwiches: the traditional cold cut and the marinated pork. Both had decent portions and were satisfying, although the flavours lean a little sweeter than I personally prefer.
I was a little surprised that the traditional cold cut sandwich was taken from the open-front grab-and-go fridge rather than made to order. I’m assuming it had been prepared that day, and they did toast it before serving, but it wasn’t quite what I expected.
They also have a loyalty card — buy 10 sandwiches and receive one free, which is a nice bonus for regular customers.
Overall, a good first experience. There are several other sandwiches I’d like to try, so I’d definitely come back and explore more of the menu.

“I had the flank beef pho and chicken imperial rolls and they were both delicious. I appreciated that the pho didn't taste like it was loaded with sodium. I took the small size of the pho and it was quite filling. I didn't have to wait long for the food. The restaurant is quite small and can fit only three tables but makes for a more intimate setup. I didn't see any restrooms.“

The hu tieu nam vang is hard to find in Montreal but im very happy to have found this place. I hope this place will stay open for the community and neighborhood. Honestly a hidden gem. Love.“

“Montreal was right in the middle of our 12-day trip, and we were really craving some Asian food. Searched for pho nearby on Google Maps and found this place. Didn’t have high expectations, but it turned out to be very good — even better than a lot of restaurants back in Hong Kong! Highly recommended. The staff was super nice and friendly too. When they found out we were from HK, they even suggested some local places to check out around the area. Great experience overall!“
“I ordered a beef pho - it didn’t taste exactly like most pho I’ve had from other places and the noodles were quite short, but for its price the portion size isn’t bad at all and it was delicious anyway. The menu seems like it has good variety too.
The atmosphere isn’t entirely there because it’s literally a student cafeteria - there isn’t much atmosphere to be had.
Overall, I’d go back sometime, sure.“

“I love Vietnamese food, but I was disappointed with the hygiene and fresh herbs today. The Thai basil brought to our table had large black spots and looked oxidized/decayed. Fresh basil is key to a good Pho, so I hope the management improves their quality control on fresh produce.“

“I was looking for a restaurant that offered crispy noodles, and I noticed on their website and in a review here that they had them. Since I couldn’t find them on the menu, I called to confirm. I was told that they were part of the chow mein and that I could choose between chicken, shrimp, or beef. I therefore ordered through Uber Eats, as mentioned during the call, and specified beef as my choice of meat.
Unfortunately, I received chicken vermicelli with no crispy noodles, so you can imagine my disappointment. I’m still giving 4 stars because they kindly offered me a second meal after I had an issue with the first delivery. The food itself was good, but unfortunately it wasn’t what I expected.
I also noticed that the packaging may not be ideal, as there was sauce all over the bag and containers when the food arrived. I’m not sure whether this was due to the restaurant or the delivery driver, so I can’t really say for sure.
Overall, the food was good and the customer service was appreciated, but I hope they can clarify the chow mein options and improve the packaging.“

“It's my first time in this place, I was impressed by everything!!! Furnishings, service, food and drinks. A very unusual roll with shrimp and mint in rice parchment . “FIVE STARS to this affordable takeaway hole in the wall and to the young woman who was working there on Tuesday night, March 10th, just before closing. I ordered a banh mi and a sushi platter. The banh mi was INCREDIBLE, the sushi was DELICIOUS, and the prices were better than any I've seen in quite a long time.
I had no idea the young woman was the only one behind the counter, which meant that not only was she taking orders, making sandwiches and prepping food (probably cleaning as well?) but she painstakingly made every single piece of sushi herself. I would recommend there be at least one more person behind the counter at all times (or that customers be warned it will take approximately 30 minutes to prepare their sushi order), but I commend the employee for handling the order so valiantly. Well done.“
