“We went on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty quiet so we had no issue getting a table. The service was pretty fast and great with their even being the robot. The waitress working was very friendly. They have a good variety of deserts, with the friend banana being great. Some soft drinks free as well. The only issue was with the deserts, other tables taking the wrong deserts from the robot delayed us but except for that nothing else. They also don't pressure you at all whatsoever which gave it a very nice ambiance.

The sushi itself was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. Every piece had a clean, delicate flavor that highlighted the quality of the ingredients. I especially enjoyed the rolls Kiku roll, california ,tempura roll,NDG roll & and their sushi sashimi was fresh,the kitchen dishes were just very good,it was perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. The variety on the menu also impressed me, with both classic options and creative specialty rolls.

“This was one of our most favorite dining experiences in Montreal. We ordered the salmon and chicken poke bowls as part of a lunch special which included miso soup and shrimp tempura. “This is a very nice 11/10 restaurant with a great staff that are always on their feet 😇 The menu is extensive and the best part is that the chefs prepare the food in the corner so you know it’s all fresh 😇 We started off with the Chiyoko pops and Shishito Peppers and they were so good ❤️❤️ But what really mesmerizes you is the main course whether it’s Steak Frites or the Chiyoko Dragon 😍😍 My sushi literally came on fire and as they say presentation is everything and it was so worth it 🎉🎉 Each bite was a gourmet’s delight 🥰🥰 For dessert we had the crème brûlée! “Fantastic Sushi! This is only the 2nd Sushi restaurant that I have been to that was not ayce... and honestly it was one of the best!
The menu had a good selection, the food was very fresh and the atmosphere was pleasant.
I don't know if it is a regular feature, however we were able to bring our own bottle of wine... something I have always liked in Montreal, as it is quite uncommon in Ontario!“

I can honestly say Sushi Hin is my favorite sushi place in the West Island. I have been there twice and the quality and service is very consistent. On my last visit i was there for lunch in a group of four and we were offered items that are only available for the night service. I thought that was a nice gesture and we really appreciated how far they went to win our loyalty to the restaurant. i highly recommend you give them a try.“

“Really delicious sushis. It is my go-to. When I have exams or on my birthday, my mom surprises me with Sushiman sushi. Sushiman has become a special place to me because of the memories when I was gifted these sushis by my mom. The people who work here make it all the more special too. They are truly caring, welcoming, and sweet. The sushis are freshly made each day. Cleanliness is maintained.

My go-to sushi orders are "Crispy", "Crabe de Neige" (which is the same filling for Cripy sushi but the rice is inside rather than outside, "Salmon nigiris", "Avocado hosomaki", and recently I started liking the "Buddha wrap" and "Tuna tartare maki". In the picture I didn't order the previous 2 I mentioned but they're delicious.“
