“Lovely, inviting place. The best grilled smoked meat and cheese sandwich on the planet! We went everyday on our visit to Montreal and I recommend this place to locals and visitors alike. Ask Romain for a lavender London Fog and you will not be disappointed!“

“Started last Friday’s day off with a stop at the amazing Cafe dei Campi. Fully veganized Italian pastries and small pizzas. Soups and salads too but I stuck to the Italian specialties. Hazelnut filled tortellini melt in your mouth pastries. Amarettis and Biscotti. The essential Italian cafe’s big espresso machine which makes the perfect double espresso with the layer of crema and their cappuccino with perfect foam. Accompanied with a flaky delicious cornetto, it felt like heaven. Much chatting with my friend and a necessary second cornetto and espresso completed our visit by closing time. We had lucked out with a table. Had a great rest of the day that right from the start, arriving at the cafe there was a couple with their little boy wearing a Metallica t-shirt. Of course I had to comment, he was so cute and responsive to my speaking to him. And found out he’s a true fan of heavy metal music, this beautiful 4 year old boy named Sandro. So the day was pretty perfect.🖤“

“Charming cozy cafe with quaint seating areas throughout and even a little loft area with dining room table. Great place to work and have a coffee drink or grab breakfast. The yogurt parfait was perfect (low sugar Greek yogurt with honey drizzled on top) as were the cottage cheese pancakes.“

“The service here is really top, such welcoming and hospitable staff, and the owner is genuinely considerate of his clients needs and time. The smoothie I had was recovery and it was delish, not to sweet and hit the right spot and the ash restei soup was so hearty and comforting. Also such an interesting interior. Another point on my end for being dog friendly as well. All in all I highly recommend and will revisit!“

“Le Café Maison Chabot, c’est ce genre d’endroit qu’on découvre une fois… et qu’on n’oublie jamais. Niché au bout de la rue Chabot dans le Plateau Est, ce petit café de quartier est un véritable bijou culinaire. Dès qu’on entre, on est accueilli avec chaleur et bienveillance par une équipe souriante, attentionnée et passionnée. Le service est tout simplement exemplaire — on se sent chez soi. Le menu est court, mais chaque plat est maîtrisé avec soin. La tarte aux tomates du Québec est une merveille : pâte feuilletée parfaite, tomates savoureuses, cheddar vieilli, le tout relevé d’herbes de Provence... un pur plaisir. La quiche aux épinards est douce et ensoleillée, et les viennoiseries? Un festival de textures et de parfums : croissants, chocolatines, financiers... tout est fait maison, frais du jour. “I don’t usually eat dessert, but my girlfriend really wanted 👺👺👺SoMeThInG SwEeT👺👺👺 and oh my god 😍 We got the lotus/biscoff and another order with Nutella and fruit and dang, I am a firm believer in the power of miniature Dutch pancakes now. Not sure why or how this place could even get a bad review because these little fluffy sweets are absolute perfection. If I had to tame a wild beast, I would bring it here.“

“Love this café. Espresso is consistently well prepared and dialed in, baked goods are solid, and of course you have 10+ roasters to choose from for freshly roasted coffee. My only nitpick would be that I wish the house roaster's beans were available as espresso on rotation. The house blend is good but I've had some mind blowing espresso here and I want more lol.“

“New coffee lover here but trained for years. I stayed in MTL for 2 months and tried many café. I almost always get Flat White to test the coffee without too much milk.
Vibe: Amazing place. Very spacious and quite when I visited in the early morning. Very clean toilet too. Wifi is easy to access and fast.
Coffee: Very good. Chocolatey and nutty. Very smooth maybe because that's the largest flat white I got in MTL. haha. The pastries are very flakey and fresh. Fair price too.
Service: Staff is very nice and calm. We got like three drinks on and off but they didn't complain at all. haha“

“This is my favorite cafe in the city. They have fresh baked goods and delicious sandwiches everyday and the best coffee ☕ I've been able to find. I go as often as possible and would recommend it to anyone. It's run by two brothers and their mother from Italy and they have a small staff who are all very nice and the place is very clean and well managed. I have several dietary restrictions and they're very attentive about it. I've never had a bad experience and I look forward to many more visits.“

“I’ve passed by this little ice cream shop so many times but there’s always a huge line, finally got to try it! I ordered chocolate with amaretto and vanilla with raspberry, and both were super creamy and tasted homemade. Not overly sweet, just the way I like it!

“While walking in the Avenue Mont-Royal and looking for a new cafe, I found this little cafe outside of the avenue and give it a try. The place is small but cute. It gives the local cafe feeling and the atmosphere is good too with the wooden aesthetic and interior. The latte tastes good and not burn and I might give it a try with the matcha and chai latte since it seems to be the most popular in here with the food. There are also seats in outdoor for those that want to hangout in the outside too.“

“What a AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Thomas and Steven have procured some of the finest things to offer. We ordered The King Afternoon Tea. Everything offered was completely delicious, and made in house. I have food allergies and they even made a few changes for me. Hibiscus’s based tea from Fortnum and Mason was they perfect compliment to scones, mini quiche, beetroot mimosa egg and other sweet and savory treats. I even iced my tea. Service was beyond GOOD. Give yourself a HIGH TEA moment.“
