“Not a huge fan of "bread crumb style" breading, more of a tempura style fan. But for that style this was the best you can ask for. But I will say I usually expect the tempura style from places that are specialized in fried chicken, it's just a better coating that's more pleasing to bite into.

Alright, I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chalet BBQ, and may I say… it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, Steve and Catherine made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The atmosphere was cozy and the chalet of your grandparents, perfect for a relaxed meal.

Now, let's talk about the food… absolutely incredible! The chicken was perfectly cooked, bursting with original, authentic flavor, and the poutine was equally delicious. I honestly, highly recommend you all go eat their signature, slow cooked chicken, you won't be disappointed!

What really stood out was the attention to detail and the passion they put into their cooking. Steve and Catherine truly care about their patrons and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience.

If you’re looking for a fantastic meal and a friendly atmosphere, Chalet BBQ is the place to be! I can’t wait to go back for another round of their amazing chicken and poutiiiiine!

“I had the bol rouge with 2 flavors, the spicy and the garlic flavor. If you choose 1 flavor, you get 3 pieces of chicken breast. You get 4 pieces of chicken breasts with 4 flavors. You can choose 2 bases such as rice, quinoa etc and up to 6-7 toppings. There is also a variety of sauces that you can select from cilantro lime, spicy mayo, to ranch. Overall, i found the taste to be ok, the flavors on the chicken were not that intense and not that noticeable. The pieces of chicken are a bit small, but you can get lucky if they give you bigger pieces!“

“The food is very good, freshly prepared food, hot and not at all dry.

The service was impeccable, I don't often go to a Benny&Co, so I needed time to look at the menu and the young girl gave me patience and even helped me select my meal. Very well received.

The atmosphere was calm, as I was after rush hour.
The restaurant itself is very clean, there are few restaurants in this city as well presented and visually clean.

I took a meal to bring and had everything I needed to eat and even two jars of sauces!

When I want me some serious barbecue chicken, broiled five minutes before I pop it in my mouth, tender, juicy, crispy skin, satisfying, promoting a sense of emotional security and great memories of childhood, I zip over to pick up some Côte St-Luc BBQ! My family and I have been eating here (take-out, delivery) for more years than I can remember. I have NEVER been disappointed! I have graduated from gravy to hot sauce, but I still can't resist the French fries, cooked to perfection! I find the prices super reasonable, considering that eating at a fancy restaurant now requires taking out a second mortgage, so do not begrudge the owners the reasonable price increases that inflation has caused. Even when I go there alone to pick up something just for me, I have to add an extra entire chicken or more because my kids and grandkids will steal the food from under my nose, the aroma is so mouth-watering! “Nous avons pris le menu hebdomadaire varié qui n'est servi qu'à midi. Après un savoureux verre de "Kir cassis" nous avons choisi "Brick chèvre miel" en entrée. De la laitue fraîche et croustillante joliment présentée au vinaigre balsamique et du chèvre merveilleusement doux et savoureux au miel dans un subtil emballage de pâte feuilletée. Le Sauvignon blanc s'accorde parfaitement. Les plats principaux « Cuisse poulet roti et poêlée de légumes » ainsi que « Couscous viande aux choix » ne nous ont certainement pas déçus. Assaisonnement bien équilibré, goût raffiné et portion suffisante pour déguster en toute tranquillité. Mais les desserts "Panna cotta" et "Crème brûlée" méritent certainement aussi une mention honorable pour les gastronomes. L'aspect du bâtiment est sobre et caractéristique de nombreux restaurants français, mais l'intérieur est décoré avec goût et respire la quiétude. Mais le plus important du Coq Magique, c'est la grande qualité des plats, que de nombreux restaurants peuvent envier !“

Couple's dinner on September 24, 2024. Two dark meat club sandwiches for $14.25 each with soup included for me and unlimited soft drink from a fountain for my wife. Total of $35.39 with taxes and tip. We appreciated that the 8% tip option was offered when paying and that's what we gave. The service was partially offered. We order at the counter and we bring our orders to the table we choose. We are satisfied with our meals.
The restaurant is very clean and well ventilated. We breathe well there. There seem to be daily specials. Yesterday was the clubs. $14.25 has become reasonable these days for a meal. We recommend this restaurant and will definitely return. Thanks to our waitress named Carolane who did her job well. We offer you six photos, two of which are the receipts.

“This restaurant has the perfect balanced between price and quality. Price is good and all chicken plates have a good amount of protein and salad so that’s great. The “chef option” is awesome and not expensive. It includes a huge chicken portion, fries, salad and a piece of bread (that I rarely eat, it’s good but too many carbs in the plate for me). Chicken breast tends to be dryer in general so they added hot gravy which make it really good! Highly recommended“

“I've been going there for years and unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be, plus the sauce which is actually one of the things that gives flavor to the chicken and the fries are no longer the same as before and mnt they are served in very small containers instead of pipettes like that always summer, salad same thing not as good as before.
