The fries were not crispy. The staff member had her hair down and smelled strongly of body odour. She seemed to be on the phone while giving me my order. I get that it’s McDonald's, but this place genuinely looks like a dump. If management were to see this, please re-evaluate your employees, they can’t serve food, they don’t clean, and they certainly can’t provide customer service.

McDonald's has mixed experiences. The food can be a mess to eat, with flavors that are ok. Service is often terrible, but sometimes it is satisfying. One location stands out with above standard service, where staff are friendly and smiling, even at 3 am. However, orders are often missing items. A trio ordered multiple times was missing fries each time. The restaurant has wheelchair accessibility. At the drive-thru, a poutine is served without a fork, but it can be eaten with fingers. Some staff members are efficient and happy, making the visit worthwhile.
