Popular spot but wait wasnt too long. I went with my wife. I ordered a medium poutine and a burger and she had a large poutine plus 2 cans of pop. That came out to just over $30. Cheaper than many other fast food options.

The portions were good. I am stuffed. The poutine is excellent. Fries were awesome, curds were squeaky, and the gravy was great.

Burger was great too. Simple and delicious.

Definitely a place worth stopping and lives up to its reputation as one of the best this part of the city.

We took ours to go and enjoyed it at a nice little park along the river about 5 min away.“

“We are a group who booked for the all you can eat buffet to celebrate a friend's birthday. The variety and quality of the dishes was amazing, good value. They even brought a plate of freshly made stuffed vine leaves to the table, still piping hot. (My only quibble: a few of the dishes were just warm/tepid/cool. Not easy to keep everything at the right temperature with a buffet.) There was something for everyone, whether you are a vegetarian or a meat or fish eater. My particular favourite: stuffed courgettes/zucchini - delicious. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Convenient parking out front. We will be back.“

I would like to say though that the only time I have any problem at all is because the person preparing the plate does not make sure what I want to add or remove from the plate. “Portion sizes at the Orleans location are not typical of other Five Guys locations. No longer do you get the extra dump of fries. Fries tasted old too. Burger was fine but everything about the fries spoiled Five Guys for me. Very disappointed and won't be back.“

“This local watering hole is getting more and more popular because of the bands they’ve been booking lately.
I was there on Thursday evening to see Travelling South, a local southern rock band. Their set started at 6:30 so I decided to grab a bite.
It was so crowded I thought my food would take forever to arrive, but it was lightning fast! I bit into my chicken club wrap and I was surprised that the sandwich was served ice cold and with the driest, overcooked chicken I have had in recent times. It’s a good thing I had a Sunbrew to wash it down.
The wait staff was amazing and kind. Had I complained about the sandwich I’m sure I could have had something else, however I was starving so just ate the sandwich but wished I’d ordered something different.
My friend’s chicken wings looked very tempting and they had no complaints.“

“Visited this A&W and overall it was decent. The mozza burger was tasty and well done, but the fries came out cold, which was disappointing even if they were still edible. I also didn’t like the onion ring the texture and flavor just weren’t great.

On the positive side, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and they serve breakfast all day long except for one item, which is convenient. There’s a drive‑thru, but the restaurant itself is quite small, so seating can feel limited. There is an outside seating as well.

“I usually pick-up or order through Uber eats from this location and I have been mostly having my dinner here. Their grilled chicken is the best and cooked to perfection, which is always tasty and hot.

The reason for my mixed review is because of their customer service. I ordered a late night meal, as usual, and reached there pretty late. Even after waiting for 10~15mins no one bothered to check on my order and I was standing there like a fig tree!

The guy who was there, probably an arab guy, was video calling his girlfriend holding his mobile and touching all the foods for the pending orders at the same time. Saw him going inside the kitchen and taking off his shirt to show his topless body over the video call.

They are a perfect example of how some restaurants let customer service fall by the wayside when business is booming — driven by their brazen confidence that a few unhappy customers won’t make a difference.
