“I had the chance to try Haitian food for the first time here in Canada, and it was an amazing experience! The dishes were full of flavor, well-seasoned, and truly authentic. “I ordered djondjon sticky rice and goat meat for my husband and kalalou and bean puree for me. Both were excellent. I was very happy to see that my husband (a gourmet of his type) enjoyed both meals with an appetite that bordered on gluttony.The space is clean and warm with a Haitian konpa atmosphere. The price is surprisingly affordable.Finally, Saveur 509, an experience to repeat ?“

“The griot was really tasty and juicy. The banana was freshly fried, crunchy and tasty. The pikliz was spicy and tangy to add a punch to the griot. I loved the riz colle.The chicken wings with homemade bbq sauce are flavorful and savoury.Everything was great!“

“I live not too far from there for almost a year. Is the 1st time I ordered there. Food taste amazing, I can eat the quantity for 2 days. Restaurant is clean and the lady cooking is nice.I got the chicken. She is having food tasting there Sunday Jun 9th, I plan on going with my niece.“

At least we have one haitian fast food in the area, all of dem are in Montreal North, Folks go try the authentic Haitian food.“

“CASH ONLY! I like the food here. I have only tried griot until now. The lady is super nice. The place is really small (they have 2 tables to it on). The prices are very decent but make sure to bring cash as they dont accept cards. There is an atm machine in there though (I pulled a 20 and it said there are no more bills). Oh and they have a cash transfer service in there lol!“
