“Listen yall. You come here for the food, not for the ambiance. Let me tell you: the food is SO GOOD. Probably the best griot I've had in town. I bought the large griot and it gave me enough food for 3 meals. Maybe 2 meals for a man who eats a lot, but it was quite nice and generous. So tasty! I wish I had had a bit more pikliz and plantain, but I know to ask for more for next time. I will be back to try everything else on the menu. The sauce and the djon djon rice were really good too. I was happily surprised to see a macaroni salad included in my order. So good.“

The ladies behind the counter are beautiful souls and the food was superb.
Me and my friend had chicken with rice, plantain and she even threw me a few pieces of the griole to try.
10/10 for the whole experience.
It’s a grab and sit atmosphere with enough tables to host a few groups of people even though they probably do mostly take out and delivery.
The parking situation is a bit sketchy but very worth the walk if need be“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND. years after the original review, I was had to lower it again?! I ordered Mac and cheese grio. Never thought that they would have the audacity to send there 3 days old basic macaroni salad with greated dry unmelted parmesan cheese from craft. After 45 min I was vomiting. They are clearly selling food that doesn't respect quality standards. And should be held accountable. The grio was burnt. The only reason I kept the plate is for evidence. Small portions. Overpriced“
