The food was amazing and the service was excellent!
Adil the maître d is warm, helpful and always a joy to see! The service is fabulous. The food is always delicious. Gibby’s is my favourite restaurant.
My partner and I went to Gibby’s in Vieux-Montreal for our first time…
We instantly fell in love the moment we walked into the restaurant.
The atmosphere is just so cosy, beautiful and romantic.
The staff is amazing!
And the food… everything was 10/10…
So much so, that it has now become our favourite restaurant and plan on visiting as much as we possibly can. (Because we are out of town).
