I came to Le Passé Composé for lunch a while ago and tried their 2 Foie Gras Poached Eggs Benedict. The atmosphere was chill and relaxing and the server was quite friendly. The benedict was really good in terms of flavour, texture, overall food ratio/balance, nicely poached eggs, and good turnip/potato. The best brunch in mtl ! It’s worth the wait. I recommend going early as there’s always a line.The foie gras poached eggs is delicious and very filling. Brioche bread, poached goose eggs, grade “A” foie gras (Rougié), foie gras sauce, onion jam, prosciutto chips, poppy seeds, arugula sprouts, honey-glazed turnips. It’s so rich, so good.
