“We were absolutely delighted with our meals. The Rouge Poutine was plentiful and juicy, hidden beneath the freshly grilled chicken! A real treat, but very high in calories, lol.

We'll be back again this evening to try the Rouge Bol. We'd love to come back sometime, but Vienna is quite a distance away!

“When our family decides to have a cheat day and indulge in a fast food option, we really enjoy some KFC!
This location is newly opened since about a year now and I know it’s had a very rocky start.
Myself did not have a pleasant experience the first time I went to this location.
I gave it another chance yesterday for a takeout supper and was pleasantly surprised.
When we arrived, the place looked really clean all around.
A soda fountain machine was installed.
The lineup was about two people ahead of us to order.
The employee taking our order was very polite and new his menu very well. He knew about the online deals/coupons and how to punch them in the cash register to adjust the price.
You can pay cash/interact and credit card now.
The wait is always around 20-30 minutes at any KFC in this city, except the one in the shopping mall is faster, to receive your order.
They sell to people who dine in and take out, they do uber eats and doordash, they have a drive through and people can also order online for a specific time for pick up.
Put that all together and it’s normal you will wait longer than other fast food chains and they also cook the chicken by the order not in advance to try to give it crispy not soggy.
The portions were as expected, not half full and no amount of chicken were missing.
The fries were surprisingly crispy and not soggy like other locations.
We had everything we ordered in our bags and it was delicious.
Will go back again.

Vegetarian options: There is an alternative to chickens which are intended to be vegetarian fillets.

Dietary restrictions: Several basic choices: rice, quinoa, etc.

Since we assemble our own bowl, we can easily choose our ingredients. This is very flexible!

Parking: Large space near the food stop where the Poulet Rouge is located.

“There's a POULET ROUGE IN QUÉBEC CITY!!! Iwas SO SO HAPPY to stumble upon them at the Capital Mall!

I LOVE POULET ROUGE!!! I eat it at least twice per week.

The staff at the Capital Mall location were super friendly,especially the dude at the end of the line. The only down side is that they are right near the amusement park (like most of the restaurants) so it could get loud on a busy day. Enjoy!

Food tastes good. Juicy chicken and well seasoned. Gravy matches the chicken. Fries were perfect and the poutine was surprisingly good.Ribs were not bad either but we enjoyed the chicken better.
Huge serving. Plenty if parking.

“We were passing through Quebec and kept seeing Benny and Co signs. We gave in and decided to stop here and try it. Benny and Co did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was very clean. The washrooms were big and clean. The food was well priced and the quality was great. The chicken was very tender, moist, and flavorful. I have no idea what is in that sauce/gravy but that is probably the best one I have had at a rotisserie chicken place. Overall we were very happy with our experience. Next time we are in Quebec City we will definitely be back!“

“I left my keys in the car when I went to take my order, I realized that I didn't have my keys, left in the car, locked, obviously, my order on the roof, waiting for CAA. lol well, one of the employees came out, asked me if everything was okay, offered to keep my meals warm...that's not all!!!! Once the doors opened, after 30 minutes of freezing outside, just thinking about warming me up in the car, she came out with my meals so I wouldn't forget!!
