“I had a bad ant experience when picking up TimBits (see below in parentheses for the original review) I received a response asking me to contact customer service by phone. What I have done. They really took the complaint seriously and the next day procedures were started to clean the restaurant. I received a call from the owner who took it professionally and even offered me timbits and coffee to compensate me and thanked me for reporting it.
