“I had a bad ant experience when picking up TimBits (see below in parentheses for the original review) I received a response asking me to contact customer service by phone. What I have done. They really took the complaint seriously and the next day procedures were started to clean the restaurant. I received a call from the owner who took it professionally and even offered me timbits and coffee to compensate me and thanked me for reporting it. Super nice management and the restaurant is now very clean. I'm not giving 5 stars simply because it comes from a bad experience but very good care!(Original review: We went to pick up some Timbits. When we arrived home we found ants in the box. We went back and looked at their shelf which was stuffed with ants. When I told the cashier she simply shrugged her shoulders and replied "yeah" without more. I had to tell her that I had some in my box. She looked and once again "yeah." She was completely indifferent but at least she reimbursed us. She was clearly going to leave it like that. And the counter was disgusting like the rest of the restaurant. “Great place for bread, cheese, sandwiches and pastries. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they were both fantastic, as expected. It's a busy spot, so maybe skip if you're in a hurry, but definitely give it a try if you're craving a delicious local spot.“

The last time we went before moving back to the US (there are no Tim Hortons in my state, only Dunkin Donuts) my daughter wanted a creamy vanilla frosted and there was something with the machine and In short, she didn't have her drink. Apart from not being able to order the "frosted", I am satisfied. I really like their vanilla iced coffee.“
