“Without a doubt the best bakery in Varennes or even Longueuil. The products are always quality and fresh. I highly recommend the cheese croissant and the olive bread, delicious!As for the employees on site, they are always courteous and helpful.“

“I had a bad ant experience when picking up TimBits (see below in parentheses for the original review) I received a response asking me to contact customer service by phone. What I have done. They really took the complaint seriously and the next day procedures were started to clean the restaurant. I received a call from the owner who took it professionally and even offered me timbits and coffee to compensate me and thanked me for reporting it. Super nice management and the restaurant is now very clean. I'm not giving 5 stars simply because it comes from a bad experience but very good care!(Original review: We went to pick up some Timbits. When we arrived home we found ants in the box. We went back and looked at their shelf which was stuffed with ants. When I told the cashier she simply shrugged her shoulders and replied "yeah" without more. I had to tell her that I had some in my box. She looked and once again "yeah." She was completely indifferent but at least she reimbursed us. She was clearly going to leave it like that. And the counter was disgusting like the rest of the restaurant. I strongly advise against going there.)“

“Excellent baked goods with consistent great quality, the area is super hard to get to because of construction and there are sketchy people around, but none of that is their fault, just a heads up. There is a lot to choose from, but it’s a popular place so get there early if you have a particular favorite in mind.“

“While the pastries are always incredible, the main issue is the service. As it's always incredibly busy, you must wait in line for your turn and there isn't always a table available. It's also rather expensive, but you can find a good variety of bakery items that are definitely worth a try.“

“I love going here but the service can be a little rough.

I speak very poor French but I try, and they don't seem to like that. If I speak English, they like that even less. So what do I do? Silently point to things I want because that seems to irritate them the least. But then it feels like a very inauthentic human interaction. Really not sure what they want from me. I just want a yummy pastry without feeling anxious about it lol“

Total disappointment there must have been egg,
Chicken and ham. Unfortunately none with ham!!! Plus they were mushy and stuck together. For $106.00 I expected much better.“

“Je vous ecrit dans l'espoir de continuer a acheter mes gateaux chez vous. Hier, je suis venu acheter un gateau… mais j'ai été obligé d'aller l'acheter a une autre patisserie. D'habitude, quand je demande qu'on ecrive le nom de la personne directement sur le gateau… on me le fait Hier… personne n'a voulu m'écrire le nom directement sur le gateau. Alors je suis allé a une autre patisserie pour acheter mon gateau avec le nom écrit directement sur le gateau. Personnellement… Je trouve que ca diminue la qualité de vos gateaux d'écrire les noms sur du plastique… Si je veux du plastique sur mes gateaux j'irais a Metro ou Maxi… Mais pas un patissier. Ma suggestion, si vos vendeurs ont peur d'écrire directement sur le gateau… donnez leur des petites tablettes de chocolat pour ecrire les noms et les placer sur le gateau… au lieu du plastique. Le chocolat est bien plus attirant que le plastique. Je vous dit cela pour pouvoir continuer a acheter mes gateau chez vous… sinon, j'irais chez l'autre patissier.“

“Used the drive through and wasn’t fully prepared for my order. However I was greeted by a wonderful team that was patient and worked the order with me while my passengers in the back asked for more. My order was prepared promptly delivered with a smile and as incredible as it sounds the food was well presented. Honestly if every Tim’s was like that no one would complain.
