“100% of goto italian restaurant on the South Shore. We went twice in the last 6 weeks. Both times wowed us.
Service was perfect, the wine recommendations also great (but I do not like that I can't get these at SAQ private import)
Food was also so good. Grilled octopus with a vinigrette that included. I think capers, I do not like capers, but this was fabulous.
Lamb nicely cooked. Although, to be honest was a bit too medium rather than rare as I did. Ask for it rare medium, not medium rare, but still very tasty.
Our second trip was all pasta, the tortellini was cooked perfectly and the sauce, not at all overpowering. My wife had the same experience with her pasta dish
Desserts are also special here, but I will give you one word of warning. Do not order the coffee. It is, I'm sorry, guys really bad. Our waiter noticed how bad I found it recommended an espresso and it was good. So do an espresso or a cappuccino to top off your evening.“

“Résidant dans le quartier, j'étais intrigué de passer régulièrement devant. Puis après avoir consulté les nombreux avis positifs en ligne, j'ai sauté le pas sans hésitation. 8 ans plus tard, je suis toujours un fan inconditionnel d'Antonio et Danny ! Quel excellents moments passés dans ce charmant restaurant ! Service personnalisé et généreux, qualité excellente, accueil chaleureux... Un des meilleurs moments que j'ai pu passer dans un restaurant à Montréal. Une adresse incontournable, c'est une certitude : c'est devenu notre restaurant des grandes occasions ! Le contexte se prête particulièrement à une soirée entre amoureux, notamment pour la qualité du service où on vous traite aux petits oignons ! Chaudement et vivement recommandé !“

“Food was really good – no complaints there. But the service? Way too pushy. We were still sipping our coffee when the server dropped off the bill unasked, then came back just minutes later with the debit machine and stood right next to me, waiting. For a business lunch, that felt incredibly rushed and awkward. Great kitchen, but front-of-house needs to learn how to read a table.“

“This restaurant was such a gem! We spent a day at a day spa nearby and were looking for somewhere wonderful for dinner. Our sever was exceptional! The ambience was lovely and the food was delicious. Everyone in our group could not have been happier! I have this place marked to visit again when we are next in the area. Just go here! You will be so happy with your decision!“

“I had dinner at La Piazzetta with my boyfriend and the food was very good and aesthetically well served. On the other hand, it's really expensive for what it is. No starter, just two main courses with two Aperol Spritz and it cost $102… that’s a bit excessive. The restaurant is cute with the little lights in the evening and the waitress was nice. We like to go there but not too often due to the price.“

“We always like Pacini. Only downside during this visit was that we were suppose to get a discount for a birthday, but we didn't get it. Its totally on us as we should have checked our bill before paying and leaving. I am sure they would have fixed it. However, we noticed once we arrived home.
All good, we still had a good meal and good time.“

“Très belle expérience à La Patateque ! Le service était rapide et chaleureux, le personnel vraiment accueillant et attentif. Les portions sont généreuses et la nourriture est excellente: tout est bien assaisonné et servi chaud. L’ambiance est conviviale, parfaite autant pour un repas entre amis que pour une sortie en famille. Mention spéciale pour les patates et les plats maison qui sont clairement faits avec soin. Le rapport qualité-prix est super honnête. Je recommande sans hésiter et j’y retournerai certainement !“

“I ordered delivery a few times and the subs have been decent. Always came fast and hot, and always very helpful and friendly when taking my order.
Last night was a little different. Instead of ordering a sub, I took advantage of the 2 pasta deal. The food came fast, and too hot to eat right away (good thing). I was pleased with the 2 breads and particularly impressed with the 2 small parmesan containers.
Once my tortellini alfredo was at edible temperature, I couldn't believe how good it was. Definitely exceeded expectations. My 2nd dish from last night is warming up as we speak. I can't wait to dig in.
MY only single complaint.....you lose points for sending margarine instead of butter. But nobody's perfect.
I chose 5 stars for food and service. I chose 4 stars for atmosphere, but I have never been in the place. Only driven by like a million times.

“My bf and I celebrated our anniversary there last night and the restaurant surpassed any expectations we had. The food, drinks and service were fantastic. Our server brought us a piece of chocolate cake with a candle for our anniversary. Then the manager came over with 2 shots of sambuca. When I declined, he was insistant on bringing me what I wanted instead. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food came out quick, hot and tasty. Highly recommend for a night out with your partner, friends or families“

“J’ai eu un super magnifique souper d’anniversaire chez vous. Chantal, notre serveuse est très sympathique, attachante, efficace et à l’écoute de ses clients. Elle explique très bien le menu. “As some of my viewers who have been around know that my name is Alfred Johnson and I am from Manchester in England UK (born and raised). I do not speak an ounce of French but I do speak english! Apart from a nice Sunday Roast or a lovely Fish&Chips by the beachside, Pizza is a food I enjoy greatly. I ordered a Pepperoni pizza with some waffle fries just to relieve my youth. The service was decent as it was lunch hour and there was a lot of people, you can say this Pizza Hut is very popular😂😂😂. It definitely 'lives up to the hype' as the youngsters say these days😂😂😂.“

Also the breakfast was delicious, a real omelette (rich in goat cheese, baby spinach, jambon, etc.) 😋😋😋 and Jean was great accommodating my wife request for.. fibres. Did you notice that lately, no hotel with breakfast included, is offering vegetables?
We stayed at Universal hotel and the restaurant is different business.“
