“Payment machine has not been updated to new law: still shows after tax tip suggestions (starting at 18%, might I add). Waiter claims they cannot change the system - which is obviously not true since most restaurants now comply with said law. Being gaslight by this waiter tainted the whole experience; unfortunate because the other waiter was lovely and the food was great.“

“Wha an amazing discovery! This place is a little hidden gem, full of good juju and amazing flavours! Lamb kafta, mixed rice and djaj meshwy were incredible. The meet melted in the mouth and the rice was cooked to perfection and paired amazingly with almonds and raisins. Mint tea was authentic and beautifully served. Cannot recommend this place enough!“

Shawarma Plus is honestly one of the best spots if you’re looking for variety and quality. Everything on the menu is good — from their classic shawarma to their sandwiches and even the chicken breast over rice.

The flavors are always on point, the meat is well-seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the portions are generous. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, and no matter what you order, it’s consistently delicious.

What I really like is the variety: whether you’re in the mood for a wrap, a sandwich, or a full plate, they do everything well. Definitely a go-to place and highly recommended.“

“This is a butcher shop that also provides charcoal grills. It's not really a sit-down restaurant, but they have a few tables. The meat is delicious, and the grilling service is perfect. Their mixed grill and grilled chicken are both amazing.

The man serving is said “this is how we eat it at home” so we had to get that. Woah! So tasty! Lots of garlic sauce and the pickled veggies were so flavourful.
