“I was looking for a little bakery and jutst happened to stumble upon this gem. The pistachio eclair was the best I’ve ever had! I also got a croissant, it was good but a little dense for my taste. There are so many options all of which looked amazing. If you’re ever nearby and need a pastry stop by here.“

“Delicious light sweetness, the tart was so tasty & u can feel the taste of each different layer separately and was sooo fresh and high quality ingredients. The mille feuille also light & we liked the flavour of the coffee.

Didn’t like the place, no even small table to set , we ate it while we were standing & that’s a disadvantage because the prices are not normal & little bit overpriced due to the portion. ( for that reasons the 4 stars)

“Started last Friday’s day off with a stop at the amazing Cafe dei Campi. Fully veganized Italian pastries and small pizzas. Soups and salads too but I stuck to the Italian specialties. Hazelnut filled tortellini melt in your mouth pastries. Amarettis and Biscotti. The essential Italian cafe’s big espresso machine which makes the perfect double espresso with the layer of crema and their cappuccino with perfect foam. Accompanied with a flaky delicious cornetto, it felt like heaven. Much chatting with my friend and a necessary second cornetto and espresso completed our visit by closing time. We had lucked out with a table. Had a great rest of the day that right from the start, arriving at the cafe there was a couple with their little boy wearing a Metallica t-shirt. Of course I had to comment, he was so cute and responsive to my speaking to him. And found out he’s a true fan of heavy metal music, this beautiful 4 year old boy named Sandro. So the day was pretty perfect.🖤“

“Le Café Maison Chabot, c’est ce genre d’endroit qu’on découvre une fois… et qu’on n’oublie jamais. Niché au bout de la rue Chabot dans le Plateau Est, ce petit café de quartier est un véritable bijou culinaire. Dès qu’on entre, on est accueilli avec chaleur et bienveillance par une équipe souriante, attentionnée et passionnée. Le service est tout simplement exemplaire — on se sent chez soi. Le menu est court, mais chaque plat est maîtrisé avec soin. La tarte aux tomates du Québec est une merveille : pâte feuilletée parfaite, tomates savoureuses, cheddar vieilli, le tout relevé d’herbes de Provence... un pur plaisir. La quiche aux épinards est douce et ensoleillée, et les viennoiseries? Un festival de textures et de parfums : croissants, chocolatines, financiers... tout est fait maison, frais du jour. Que vous veniez pour un brunch entre amis, un latté réconfortant ou un panier de douceurs à emporter, vous serez charmé à coup sûr. L’ambiance est lumineuse, familiale, inclusive et apaisante. “This is a very good boulangerie located along Mont-Royal Ave East that is open from 7am to 6pm daily. They have a fair sized indoor seating area, many visitors seem to pop in for morning take-away. There was a short queue when we arrived 7.30am midweek. You'll find a nice range of mostly French style breads, tarts, pastries and bakery products. We particularly liked their quiche and almond filled croissants. Coffees served up on the day were very good as well. This seemed like a great boulangerie, one we'd like visit regularly if we lived in the area. Would gladly revisit next time in Montreal.“

I have had a few of her confections at friend's events, but recently I ordered a cake for my own baby shower, not only was it gorgeous and matched the decor perfectly, it was soooo tasty. “Cutest little café (and by little i mean be ok if there aren’t any seats available to grab and go). They have an amazing flat white, the taste is always consistant! For their cakes, they’re so fluffy and not too sweet. I go there often and the service is always nice. The lady at the cash is extremely nice, I asked a bunch of questions regarding the cakes and she answered and even went to the back to ask in the kitchen, gave me recommendations and was super patient. Lovely place!“

“Stopped by this cozy little café and was absolutely blown away! The milkshake was to die for—perfectly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. Honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. I also tried the cream roll, and it was just as impressive—light, fluffy, and not overly sweet. You can tell they put care into what they serve. Friendly service and a warm atmosphere made the experience even better. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!“

“Mixed review. Space is charming. Hot chocolate varieties are great. Service was hit & miss. Crepe delivered without cutlery. Waited to flag staff to ask for cutlery; had to wait again for cutlery. Crepe got cold in the meantime. Hot chocolate delivered after the crepe. When paying, the cashier had to search for my bill. Hope they sort out their service.“
