“Jules Ice cream is the absolute BEST in Bristol! We live in Michigan, and visit often. The staff are simply wonderful. If they are ever having an overwhelming or bad day, you would NEVER know. “Food was great. However, we were virtually forgotten by our server. We waited ten minutes for her to ask if we would like a drink. When we got our appetizer from a runner she never came to check on us and my husband had to get up to find some to get an additional piece of silverware. We finished our meal and waited a half an hour to be visited. We asked for to go containers and watched her to serve two other tables before coming back ten minutes later with them. To give context we were sat at 6:15 and did not leave until 8. For two people who didn't get cocktails or dessert.“

My husband and I were also visiting for the second time this Saturday. There usually is two girls so she was short staffed not to mention she was under the counter trying to fix the credit card processing machine when multiple tables walked in so she tried her best to get every table situated as she didn't know who sat first or what. Now a days nobody has patience and it's awful now she has got these guys their coffees and she gets a few other tables drinks and comes back to take their order she says what can I get for you guys and they say the check so she looks confused and could see they were upset so she then tells them they are all set as she pays for their coffees! Then she starts taking the next tables order and they start shit talking her before they get to the door how ignorant and rude it's a family style diner and you can't even be patient or realize kids are presents entitled assholes. Anywho we love Timmy's & Tara & Natasha they are always so kind and prompt and try their best!“

I got the Asiago cheese bagel with the from scratch homemade scallion cream cheese and I can honestly say this was the best bagel I have ever had. We also tried his fresh squeezed orange juice that was pure heaven and his homemade tuna and that was amazing too, it has a bit of a slow heat kick as you eat it, truly worth the trip as you won’t be disappointed! 100 % recommend. Run don’t walk, support local not a chain and I promise this will become your new favorite bagel spot! Def is ours now! “The Lobster Benny on the brunch menu was really delicious! The rich, creamy, and slightly acidic flavor of the hollandaise sauce combined perfectly with the savory and sweet flavors of the lobster.

The steak and eggs were also excellent. The garlic pan gravy took the dish to the next level.

Our table wasn’t ready until a little over ten minutes after our reservation time, so we hung out at the four-seat bar next to the host station for a bit.“

“We just came by boat with two little kids not realizing the new fall hours. The employee working saw them peaking into the window and was so kind bringing them each out doughboy donuts. It was such a generous and thoughtful gesture that truly made these two little kids day! We look forward to coming again in the spring (during hours your open)“

Also, I was pleasantly surprised the filling wasn't shredded beef - they were in small, cubed pieces.

An employee (wish I got her name) came from behind the register and gave him a couple stickers and told me I was doing a great job, which really means a lot when you feel like you’re doing something wrong as a mom. I appreciate that woman more than she realized! 💕 I ordered a cream puff and 2 chocolate chip cookies. When the employee from behind the counter handed me my box she let me know she gave us an extra cookie! The employees really were amazing. “Been here for carribean nights and power nights before and always had a great time. But it was my first emo night ever last night, and I had so much fun!!! The lights, banger music, the energy was amazing. The host and DJ were awesome. Everyone was dressed up in cool gear or emo/scene fits.
