“I decided to treat myself and come on a little solo vacation. This is such an accommodating warm spot. Evan and the whole staff treated me with such kindness as I was dining by myself in the busy summer season the mussels were amazing ! The lobster bisque is not to be missed and the local Winery three thieves was delicious. I recommend this place highly !“

“We enjoyed having breakfast at this wonderful place while in Newport, RI. The people who own it and those who work there are AMAZING, friendly, and take the time to talk to customers while keeping service at the top of their list. They (from the kitchen to the front door) look like they love working there and have created a loving family environment. Of course, the line was out the door and down the street, but that was okay because everyone enjoyed visiting each other. There is just one warning, the portions are enormous. You know when my husband can't finish it, it's a lot. 🤣“

“Just moved to Fall River few months back and was looking for some food and Sam's pizza in Fall River is one of the best if not the best food I've tried. Always respectful, on time, and also they offer delivery. I give them a 10/10. If you haven't tried there food yet, get on over there and see what your missing out on.“

“Today we made a pilgrimage to Basil Yu’s restaurant, Yagi Noodles. My son happened to see that Basil had become a successful restaurateur while he was watching one of Guy Fieri’s shows. We had become acquainted with Basil when we were all involved with a Boy Scout Troop in Manchester NH. We were disappointed to discover that Basil wasn’t at the restaurant, however we got over it when we found out it was due to a commitment to a fundraiser for the James Beard Foundation. Basil, You weren’t there, but your food is delicious. You get the Merit Badge! You weren’t there, but your staff is spectacular! You get the Merit Badge! We wish you continued success! “We were staying nearby and decided to get Thai. The decor inside is wonderful and thoughtfully done. The food was really good and prices are amazing. I was shocked by how affordable they were. The gentleman who served us was very kind and friendly. No complaints. Would definitely return in the future.“

“We were vacationing in Newport from Wisconsin and stopped in at Cappy’s. Sue the bartender was friendly and a wonderful bartender. The owner Joe, what can I say….what a guy! Joe saw us walking to our Airbnb and yelled at us on the street asking when we were headed back home. Joe is a gem of a bartender. He has a gift of gab and can hand out the bs too. Nice local establishment with friendly customers and bartenders. We had Dan as a bartender too and he was a friendly, great guy! I own a really nice coffee machine and I’m still driven to go here all the time! In the past we truly enjoyed the Home town favorite “Fish & Chips” Served with Fries: This entree has a good amount of Haddock with a side of coleslaw & tartar sauce. Besides our weekly treat,we have tried there ClamBoil for a family gathering.Everything came out exactly as ordered. We were so impressed with the personal attention to detail and, of there staff knowing how important this is to get it Right. So I give them a 5- Star for the quality- attention to detail etc & a wonderful meal to share with our family. As you can see the owners Don & Donna have hands on their business & trained staff. We chose The Spruce Car, (as opposed to the murder mystery) which is aptly named, as it's filled with rich, warm woods. The cozy lighting & up-scale, but not pretentious, decor created the perfect ambiance for a romantic birthday. Dinner service was nothing short of wonderful. Our server, Maddie, was friendly, beautiful, and attentive. Both of our dinners were delicious and the cocktails were perfect. More locals should enjoy the Bellevue Grand. It's worth every penny.“

Want to gain an honorable reputation? Try treating your customers kindly and apologize when they are dissatisfied with something happening at your establishment, instead of attacking them.“

She was incredible from start to finish. She was detail-oriented, and so easy to work with.
